tractergirl you can have 2 h/b and 2 h/a a day , thats one on cheese and one on milk or both on milk , what book are you using hun  , so you don't have to syn milk , peachy x

I know I can have 2 A's, but I wouldn't use a whole 250ml of milk so it's a waste to put it down as one; I'd rather have my Babybel or Laughing Cow during the day, and then 28g of cheddar on my pasta in the evening, and count the dash of milk I have in my cup of tea first thing as a Syn. It's only 0.5!! :rotfl:

Ooh I love Green Days. You can eat so much!!! These are my favourites:

    - Big jacket potato with baked beans, 28g cheese (HA) and 85g ham (HB) with mixed salad

    - Pasta or rice with tomato & vegetable sauce

    - Make yummy ratatouille by roasting cubed aubergine, courgette, red/green peppers, onion (preferably red), a handful of cherry tomatoes and garlic in HOT oven with a spray of Fry Light until soft. Stir in tin of chopped tomatoes. Serve with small jacket potato (HB) or with pasta.

    - I'm making bean chilli tonight. Couldn't find a recipe I liked so I made it up as I went along. I firstly dry-fried a finely chopped onion and red pepper with garlic, then added a tin of mixed beans, tin of chilli beans, packet of Beanfeast, tin of chopped tomatoes with herbs & garlic, about 1/2 pint water and chilli powder to taste, simmer for 15 mins et voila!! Serve with plain boiled rice and grated cheese (HA) on top. (Note, it made LOADS, will be plenty for hubby & me tonight and enough to freeze for another night)

    TG x
