Good luck for the WI Joelene, we are all rooting for you:j

TG you are doing fantastically well. I must admit I prefer to have few syns (I always have a kitkat and a cuppa at night), as I think that will stop me feeling as if I am being deprived, but that's just me. You are doing fab without 'em:T

    I'm on green today

B/F - 2 x Shredded Wheat (HEB) with splash of milk (0.5 Syn) and Mullerlight

    Mid Morning: Red Pear

Lunch: Sweet & Sour Mug Shot, fresh pineapple & melon

Dinner: Bean & Quorn Chilli (if I can be bothered to make it later LOL) and boiled rice, maybe with some salad

I've had a black coffee this morning, and some Fruit & Barley pink grapefruit, this afternoon I'll have water and fruit tea, and this evening, diet tonic water

If I get the munchies around 5pm (as I usually do) I've got loads of fruit in the house so I'll eat that, or really I suppose I should have some sort of cheese (HEA) and/or a bag of Ryvita Minis (HEB)

So only half a Syn today! To be honest in the 2-and-a-bit I've been doing SW, I've only had over 5 Syns on a couple of occasions. Maybe that's why I've lost 5lb each week!!
tractergirl , do try to have some syn ,because in the long run your feel your going without and break the diet hun , what your eating is great and having syn on top will still allow you to loss weight honest :T , big weldone

sorry trackergirl just noticed your having 2 shredded wheat as a h/b , sorry hun you can't have 2 , only 1 and a ryvita breaks as a h/b in the food optimising book , and you can have 250ml of milk as a h/a you get 2 , peachy x

I agree shame on your daughter, If it is any consolation, my daughter was a selfish moo at that age, but she is now 29 and has been soo great for the last few years it kinda makes up for it all.

Hang in there girl she will come good

Well done! Are you eating enough? If you're hungry then you need to eat more (pref free) food! How many syns for the gravy and the sausages? 6 in total?
