Hi All
I have done well today....
Apart from the too much bread and the ice-cream cornetto:O
I have an excuse though....I am having hormone problems and have to go for lots of blood tests tomorrow, maybe once I get those back and find out what is wrong with me I will start to feel better....
Good luck to everyone on plan..

hello again
well done to everyone who has lost this weekit's really inspring to hear how well you're all doing
I went to my first class today, well first class this time anyway! new consultant in charge now, but several faces I knewI'm starting to get the hang of it all again I think! so far today I've had....
breakfast - 2 weetabix he/b, milk he/a, banana
snack - hi fi bar he/b
lunch - pasta n sauce (milk from allowance, no margerine, so free), some salad, muller light and a banana
snack - apple
tea (pinched off the kids!) - scrambled egg (in frylight so free) and baked beans
dinner - omlette with cheese (he/a) peppers and mushrooms, new potatoes and more salad
so I've had 4 he (2 a and 2 b) and no synsand as I'm breastfeeding I get an extra 4 he allowed per day and I've not spent any syns yet! best of all I've eaten loads and feel full
I've got some cheese and biscuits planned for later - yum!

Hi everybody, Got my first weeks weigh in tommorrow  I've had a good week, in so much as I've been very organised (for me!) planned each day in advance etc. and managed to stick, pretty much, to what I'd planned. I've even made some of the recipes from the magazine! I'm getting my head around the changes that have happened since I last went and was on the whole looking forward to seeing what I'd lost in week 1. I've managed to stop myself from standing on my scales because I remember, from before, that not all scales give the same readout etc. I'm starting to get the jitters now though because if I haven't had a really significant weight loss in week 1 then I'm worried I won't be able to keep the momentum going....................the biscuit barrel beckons, and I'm not in the least bit hungry. When Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0

I've just looked online and if it's the batchelors savoury rice, they're all free on green as long as you're talking about the dried packet ones. If you mean the 2 mintue ambient pouch ones (whatever they are!) they're not free, but 1 or 1/5 syns depending on flavour.0 -
