lo-bush stand away from the barrel
, we all get like that hun , your do great and , any loss is a great loss because its going the right way off you , .
I never lost it in big amounts and i'm now and until last year been at target for years , i'm now 1 under target and if you keep focused through the ups and downs i know your get there hun :T , peachy x
Had fishcakes tonight, made from the magazine 2.5 sins (Green Day), with jacket potato and mushy peas. I could only eat 1 fishcake and half the jacket and peas because they were so filling, so I know I'm not hungry. I'm trying to stay strong, I've not given in to the biscuit barrel yet.............but I know it's there (if you see what I mean) I'm probably setting myself an impossible target anyway because last time
(about 10 years ago) I lost 6lb's in week 1and I know that's not likely to happen again.
Thanks for you kind words, I'll probably need a few more after tomorrow. When Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0 -

What about Leek and Bacon Bake
As many potatoes as you need for 4, a large pack of smoked bacon, and 3 or 4 leeks,
Boil the potatoes and mash. Grill the bacon until cooked. Cut the leeks into 1" pieces and cut in half across the middle, pour boiling water onto them and microwave for 4 mins.
Start with a layer of leeks and chopped bacon, top with mashed potatoes. Carry on layering until everything is used. Sprinkle with grated cheese, and pop under the grill.
Serve with pork chops
If you don't have the chops, thats 1 HEB for the bacon and 1 HEA for the cheese. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0
