:hello: Gained 0.5lb last night which although is not a lot, I've put on 3lbs since my lowest - its creeping back on

I'm on a mission this week. I already drink loads so what can I do? On green today, but going to carefully plan some reds (I don't think I have enough of them to shake things up). Will try to fit in some exercise but we're so busy at the mo I'm not sure when it'll be.

Just printed off an SAS log, but not sure it'll help me much.

I hate the way I feel - all heavy and lumpy so I'm really frustrated.

Thanks peachyest - you could be right. My boss showed me my reference form for my new job yesterday. Under weaknesses he put 'submissiveness' and explained its because I don't say no when someoen asks me to do something!!!! If I have the capacity and capability to do something then why should I say no
I will do it and my food diary though I've gone right off my consultant - she doesn't have time for anyone

    hello all:wave:

Thanks for the nice words about Ruby. Coco, Jess is adorable, I hope his limp improves. I bet he loved the walk, despite his difficulties, they love being out with their owner more than anything. What a lovely lot of people we have on here, I'm glad I found you.

Well done Charliesmum:T, you will beat me to the stone, I know it and to Nessa and 666paw, this is a lifetime change of eating habits, but you have to have a few treats now and then. We're only human and I can't stop thinking about sausage rolls now:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

My wi tomorrow (I'm drinking loads Peachey:beer:)and hoping for a loss to spur me on. Looking forward to egg, chips and beans for tea. Have a good day everyone xxxxx
Hi gpuss , you can make syn free sausage rolls ,

2 slices of wholemeal bread -400g
2 sausages low syned or morrisons free ones (quorn)
    2 laughing cows

Get bread and get a rolling pin and flatten them ,
spread cheese all over bread ,
and roll up the sausages in the bread , cut into three each bread , and spray on frylight and put in oven and cook .

I made these to take into work - yummy , peachy x
  • Worst increase since i started this thing.. aaagggghhhhh 2 1/2 ON   . A combination of eating out twice and eating a takeaway in as well.. oh and birthday cake..oh and biscuits for the birthday.. Oh and very very very premenstrual today. Not really suprising i've put on so much when i look at it like that. But as you all say time to just get back to it and i will get there eventually

keep up the good work all, it does help reading how we are all doing

Oh, I'm definitely going to make some of these, Peachey. They would be great to munch on through the day and it might stop this giant sausage roll in my head stop chasing me saying 'eat me, eat me!':rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Catt 3lbs is nothing. You could wipe it out in one week - go for it:j. You don't need your consultant, we have a consultant on here who is really helpful and we have Consultant Peachey too:TWe are all with you for a good loss this week:j

hi everyone,i've just found this board just as i got back on my diet this morning and reading your posts have already inspired me to get on with it! i started sorting my debts out a couple of months ago but being self employed i thru myself into that and everything else in my life was put on hold.i haven't been out in months and let my weight slide, i've also given up going to the gym but now i'm off out in a couple of weeks and panicking that nothing will fit me, but i know by sticking to the letter with slimming world i can loose 7lb by then but to be honest i'm not keen on my local class cause i live in a retirement area and the class is mainly old ladies and i feel abit left out, if it's ok with you i'd like to join the board here?
