Thanks for that. I still can't find them though   Don't know what I'm doing wrong
Weird though that when I put the nutritional values in, the Syns comes out different. I've found that for a couple of other things as wellWe’ve had to remove your signature. OK girlies can I ask your help. Next Monday we are all meant to be taking in a dessert or something sweet for the other members of the group to taste.
I know some of the others are taking the Panna Cotta (I posted the recipe last week), jellies, cheesecake etc, so I'd really like to take in biscuits or cookies. Does anyone have a recipe for low-Syn cookies?
Thanks

Fed up now - got home from work, getting ready for WI and weighed myself (as I usually do on a Tues night) and I've put on! I don't know why I bother - I've been as good as I possibly can be and still have a life and I can't lose anymore0

Don't worry about it, my weight goes up and down all the time, I think it's due to water retention.
Just keep to the diet, and it will probably be gone again by tomorrow. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
