Got on the scales this morning, and have lost another 1lb, so that takes me down to the next stone (if you know what I mean) :j :j :j

Apologies if this has already been posted.

Muller light yogurts (free food :D ) multi-packs are just £1.50 in Asda at moment, rolled back from £2.50. There are 6 in a pack, 200g each so like the normal individual ones but far better value!

I got 5 individual ones - so you can choose your favourite flavour - for £1.00 yesterday. I stocked up!! :T

    Hi Donna :hello:

You meal plan looks lovely. I have some chicken tikka that needs eating today, so I will have to have a red day. I really struggle on red days, and know I willl have too many HEBs today. My meal plan is

Cereal and fruit for breakfast HEA HEB
Chicken tikka salad & Muller Light
Sausage and baked bean casserole and jacket potato HEB HEB + syns for the sausage (will only have one)

Will just have to be good later, or I will be back up into another stone bracket again

I had a red day yesterday and I made the Chicken Kiev from this month's magazine. Sadly I'd left the magazine at a friends house so had to do it from memory! Think I made too much filling as they were VERY garlicky but they were lovely and hubby liked them too.

I didnt have any bread to make crumbs though, so I wrapped them in lean bacon before cooking them in the oven and had them with mixed salad.

As Peachy says 'dont beat yourself up about it'. I'm sure all of us do and have had days like that. (I know I certainly have and still do). Enjoy the wine and curry and then just get back onto plan. You never know, you may still have lost but remember it could show in next weeks WI and if you haven't stay focused as it realy does work. All the target members can testify to that.

Chin up and best of look for WI.

Also best of luck to everone who has WI today, you can all do it.

CHARLIES-MUM HI,your better having a green day and weigh out the chicken tikka as a h/b , then syn sausage.
That means you have only used 2 h/b , you must watch your h/b as that can effect your bodys weight loss  , and confuse it .
If you have it as a green day it takes the pressure of you , peachy x

Go to WI, you are only cheating yourself if you dont. If you have put on then you know the reason why and again dont beat yourself up about it. I have been suprised on many occassions when I thought a gain was definate and over the moon when it ended up being a maintain or even a loss.

    Take care

    hello all:wave:

Thanks for the nice words about Ruby. Coco, Jess is adorable, I hope his limp improves. I bet he loved the walk, despite his difficulties, they love being out with their owner more than anything. What a lovely lot of people we have on here, I'm glad I found you.

Well done Charliesmum:T, you will beat me to the stone, I know it and to Nessa and 666paw, this is a lifetime change of eating habits, but you have to have a few treats now and then. We're only human and I can't stop thinking about sausage rolls now:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

My wi tomorrow (I'm drinking loads Peachey:beer:)and hoping for a loss to spur me on. Looking forward to egg, chips and beans for tea. Have a good day everyone xxxxx
