Hello everyone,
I agree with you gpuss -so nice to have all these delicious recipes to inspire us. I'm going to have the shish kebab recipe tonight! So far I have had a big late breakfast - scrambled eggs, mushrooms, toms and a little bit of bacon plus a slice of toast (HEB - I'll have the rest later). I feel so full I think it'll see me through to tea time! Kids are having pizza for lunch but I don't feel tempted to nibble at all,

Morning all,
I have my weigh in tomorrow, was a bit worried about it , but, I managed to get into a pair of trousers today that I haven't worn for about 5 months, so maybe something has worked this week?? Hope so
Well done to all the losers out there and good luck to anyone going today to WI

morning gpuss and( ruby:kisses: lots of cuddles and kisses) i put a teaspoon of phili and chives in mine .
I put a tbsp of phili in quark overnight and that makes a whole tub for the one tbsp , can then use on toast or jackets , Its then free .
I have a thing for horse raddish on cook roast dinners so i do the same , syn 1 tbsp or horse raddish in a hole tub -yummy( roast beef sandwiches:rolleyes:   ).
Or to make your laughing cows stretch do the same , but what about putting low syn sausages in the slit then wrapping the bacon around it -yummy , great cold chopped in salad next day0 -
Morning all congrats on all your fabulous losses
So I have bitten the bullet (no calories in them you know!) and I went to my first meeting last night, the other half has been told he is going to be having the same as me and that he doesn't need to buy me chocolate, he can save his money for all the lacy undies I will be wearing!0 -

Just had a lovely lunch of beans on toast (2 rounds wholemeal toast) with 28g of cheese grated on top. I'm really full now, not sure I can squeeze in a yoghurtYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
In true OS fashion - how many free SW meals can I get out of 400g lamb or beef mince? Can't do spag bol, chilli or meatballs due to the pasta/rice/kidney beans, can't do lasagne due to the pasta, could do burgers with salad?
What else?
Are lentils free on green?0 -

You could do spicy lamb meatballs or curried meatballs (make a gray or sauce with passata) and serve with mashed cauli (for the rice) or just with some nice veg. You don't need to bind them, just mix the spices in the mince, roll up into balls and cook in the sauce for 15-20 minutes.:smileyheagpuss0 -
Well done to Nessa and Charliesmum on the weight loss:j:j
and to beccabee for joining up and planning lacy undies:rotfl::smileyheagpuss0 -
