    HI Amie,

You can have 198g of new potatoes with their skins on a red day. I can't see why you can't frylight them and then roast.

I have weigh in this morning, but still feel really rough, so can't decide whether to go or not, I know I should - I'll see how I feel in an hour.

good morning to all you lovely ladies (+ any gents ) x x x x

wow .. well done to all who lost yesterday.. we are all doing sooooooo well at the mo..
. i def think we should have that virtual birthday bash.... if theres no syns in the drink.. then we can have birthday too !!!!!!
had my day out in Brighton yesterday, i took a megga green day packed lunch with me, i made the "herby pot salad " that was posted here ... Ooooooooh it was yummy, i only used up 4 syns in all my p/lunch, but i did pinch about 6 or 8 of my dd chips on the pier !!!!! but im sure that wouldnt have taken me over... would it ????? !!!!!!! anyway ... the main thing was.. that i stayed good all day when everyone else was tucking into cakes, crisps and chocolate.
i popped into Tesco on the way home (about 11 oclock last night ) and grabbed some great reduced bargains, got lots of veg for 10p a pk ect
i also picked up from the freezer a pk of Tesco bbq 4 rosemary lamb kebabs.. just looked them up at sw and they are 2 syns for the pk on a red day... so they sound great. Has antone tried these yet ? Also they have nice gammon steaks in the fresh section on half price offer.
can anyone answer this question for me please ?....
on a red day can i have a portion of new boiled pots(+skin+) as a heb and after i have boiled them, can i then pop them in the oven with fry lite ... as i fancy doing them with my gammon for tea.
good luck to anyone going for a weigh in today x x x
thanks lamb kebabs yummy , i'd put these in a pitta bread with salad as a treat , (tesco free from 4 syns each :T :T :Tpitta bread)
