So if you didn't take your own syn free sasauges & burgers then your syns would be 50 syns total with wine.
But if you take your own meat plus syn free burgers & sausages its 35 syns total with wine.
Then the next day get straight back on the diet ( but don't think you can do this more than once in that same week:eek: you would blow it .
This is so you don't beat yourself up everytime something comes up and then blow it after , peachy x0 -

I'm going back to SW on wednesday for the first time in over 2 yearsI first joined when dd3 was tiny and lost 3 stone before getting to target
I'd slowly crept back up in weight and then had ds - now need to lose about 2 stone I think. So back to classes as I know I can't do it alone :rolleyes:
I'n trying to do the weekly shop online with tescos now though and I'm finding it difficult as I don't know the syns of anything! I can't find my old books and don't know the password to check SW online. Would anyone be willing to tell me the PW? I'm going to class this week honestly

Skint Catt, thats the basis for a prawn stirfry for me, use the prawns as a HEB (142 g is an awful lot of prawns), lots of stirfry type ves (onions, pepper carrot mushrooms - what ever you can scrape up) then add a pouch of noodles at the last minute or so to warm through. (I think it comes in at around 3-4 sins on a green day). You can add a little oyster sauce (1 sin per tbsp) as well as egg. In fact I think that's what i shall do tonight!!!Saving to pay the tax man0

I got up with a sore throat this morning, and over the day it has developed into a full blown cold, and I now feel awful. It's weigh in tomorrow, but if I feel like this, I won't be going.
I don't want to text my consultant in case I feel better in the morning, but what I want to know is, will I be charged if I don't go. If so, I might as well drag myself there to be weighed, then come straight back out.You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
Each password starts on the Monday and goes right through that week and up to the Thursday of the following week so that no matter what day you go to class, you can use the password until you get the new one.
Welshnutta - the gravy probably wouldn't be so bad. It's 3 syns for 4 level tablespoons (how do you get heaped spoons of gravy???) if it's made with gravy granules and meat juices.

Free Scotch Eggs (Green Day)
Hard boil your eggs. Make a packet of Smash up a little thicker than normal. Completely cover the egg with Smash, roll in plain or flavoured couscous and pop in a hot oven till they're golden and crispy.
Free Scotch Eggs (Red Day)
Remove the skin from syn free (or low syn) sausages and completely cover the hard boiled eggs with it. Pop in a hot oven till the sausage is cooked.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
