I'm back from my weigh in and am delighted to have lost another 5lb!!
I was hoping for 2lb to add to my 5lb loss of last week, so to lose 5lb was fantastic. That's a 10lb loss in my first 2 weeks!!
Slimmer of the Week as well. Got a huge carrier bag of fruit, mixed peppers, chewey bars, baked beans, Laughing Cow Xtra light cheese, chopped tomatoes and sardines!
A very happy TG xWe’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Wow you lot. Big congratulations to peachyest, tractor girl and Jackieb (any tips for such a great loss????) and any other loosers I have missed a great achievement indeed!!!!
lots of little fat blobs going upto the mother ship (sorry if you don't watch doctor who, I must, OH insists)
Well on the gravy front its too difficult to sin so in my mind that makes it VERY BAD, even if it was yummy so been for an hour walk this morning which will hopefully make up for it and just won't do it again. My own silly fault, I could of got the bisto out but didn't, so it will serve me right to put on really (but hopefully won't, fingers crossed)
Having a red day today....
Weetabix and pineapple with milk (HEB and HEA) very yummy
Beef salad with fat free vinegrette and was yummy think it will be free, followed this with a shape satisfaction. and 3 light babybel
Dinner... can't wait  seekh kebab which was posted on here, chunked and put into a pitta bread ( free from range tesco 4 sins - thanks for the tips on pitta), salad and going to make some mint and cucumber and garlic sc using vlf yoghurt and 198g of sw wedges OMG I so can't wait. Just about to make them and put in the fridge.
I really am drewling
On another note anyone know some low sin shop bought chocolate mooses.... cadbury highlight ones or tesco light choices in particular but any would be much apreciated.Lots to loose.....
first goal 2 stone (done) , Next target another 1st
1 and 3/4 lb lost this week TOTAL: 31 and 1/4lb :j
DO YOUR BEST......NO MORE, NO LESS.0 -
Hi just been on s/w site and read up on flexi syns:think: , its the first time i've read up on it
, it makes for intresting reading, if you hav'nt read it or am a little put off by it , do read what it says , just tipe in flexi syns on the site .
Heres a little bit of it .
Now imagine, when you've 'blow ' it, how many extra syns, you actually eat.
Your probably have no idear because you've stopped counting.
And you've stopped counting the next and the next...we're now taking hundreds of extra cals or syns! Thats were the real weight loss damage is done, not by allow yourself a extra leeway -say an extra 20 syns or so- but by giving up for a week a month a year.
Just a little bit out of it for you , please do read it , peachy x0
