Morning guys and gals:j
Well done on all the losses:T, everyone is doing so well! I am drinking my own weight in water (thanks Peachey:kisses3:) Hugs to Charliesmum, hope you're ok:grouphug:
Had another good day yesterday, but my problem is exercise. The vet has said that it's going to be a while before the dog can go for walks again, so I will have to go without her. Trouble is, I feel so sorry for her and hate leaving her in the house, as she loves to go out, but I will have to get off my backside this week as I'm becoming a hermit:o.
I am making the chicken kievs wrapped in bacon tonight, so can someone remind me of the filling. Is it just quark and garlic, or I suppose I could add cheese triangles?
Have a good day all xxxx:smileyheagpuss0 -
hello everybody, well done, you're all cool losers!
i'm still moving!!!!it's not the new house that's the problem,as always with rented accommodation it's cleaning up the old place thats the issue.besides not cleaning for about a year:eek: ( i hated the house and had clinical depression, thats my excuse:o ),i also have to sort the garden out, plus about 15 years of combined junk to sort through.:j
i'm afraid,at the mo,i'm just eating what is available.it's probably about 75/25 good to bad ratio so not feeling too bad.as long as i don't gain,i'll be happy.gonna have a green free breakfast, egg, quorn sausage, mushs, beans and maybe heb bacon.lunch will be heb sandwich with hea cheese, leftover ratatouille, apple, orange and half a grapefruit.dinner - god knows yet!!!!
glad you went to class CHARLIE'S MUM,can't wait to see how you did!:T:T:jHalf a stone off, only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil, like women....;):D:p

I put a tbsp of phili in quark overnight and that makes a whole tub for the one tbsp , can then use on toast or jackets , Its then free .
I have a thing for horse raddish on cook roast dinners so i do the same , syn 1 tbsp or horse raddish in a hole tub -yummy( roast beef sandwiches:rolleyes:   ).
Or to make your laughing cows stretch do the same , but what about putting low syn sausages in the slit then wrapping the bacon around it -yummy , great cold chopped in salad next day0 -

Hello everybody and congrats on how well you are all doing :j
Can I join in please? I am actually going to rejoin next week, could not make class last night, but my friend went to join anyway. (We will get a free week this way though!)
I can't wait to come here for inspiration, there are some great idea's!
I am really dreading it, I have been really silly. I lost 3 1/2 stone from May last year, till November say, then with christmas coming, we stopped going. We were meant to go back in January...........anyway, I will have probably put more on than I have lost
I think I will introduce SW this week so I don't fall off the scales!
For convenience, I used to do jacket potatoes, scoop the potatoe out and mix with chive cottage cheese and some onion, back into the oven to brown..mmm. I would make a few when I was busy then put them in the fridge and then reheat for convenience.
A green favourite was roasted veg, I would put baby potatoes, sliced courgette, button mushrooms, onions, peppers and cherry tomatoes in a foil tray, tossed in olive oil (HE) with garlic then sprinkle some mixed herbs on. Put in a hot oven for 30 - 40 mins, absolutely gorgeous!
Also marinading meat in soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, coriander and then using a few syns on honey and sugar. Really low syns, really high enjoyment!
I am really excited to be going back to class:beer:
