It's 10% of your bodyweight. Convert your weigh into lbs - take off 10% and thats your Club 10 weight. (the bit you take off you can use as your first target) If you go to class and hit your Club 10 and keep it off or lose more in the following 10 weeks you get a week free. I've hit it two or three times, but keep bouncing back up

from memory, you become a club 10 member when you've lost 10% of your body weight :)

thanks for the pw yesterday :) I had loads to look up while doing my tescos shop :) they've just delivered a huge shop of healthy stuff (and some not so healthy stuff for my girls who need fattening up a bit!). Today is eat it up day - I'm trying to finish up all the naughty things so they don't tempt me after I start tomorow :)

    ferrero rocher -
Crush 10 riyvita with a rolling pin ,
Add 4 tbsp of nutella that has been warmed for 20 seconds in micro.
Stir well and spoon into small cases and leave in fridge to set ,
This sould make about 28 to 30 at 1 syn each.

Also if choc fix get selection of fruit ,strawberry ,grapes, cherrys, banana, and ever so slightly dip into melted chocolate put in fridge to set 1 syn each

    hello again

i'm hoping someone can help me with as question (and suspect I will have more later too) Does anyone know if it's ok to buy normal beef mince and drain the fat off when you are cooking it rather than buying the extra lean stuff??

    TY :)
