Just been to Morrisons to do the urgent bit of my shopping as I can't get to Tescos until tomorrow night and they didn't have any Eat Smart free sausages  was really looking forward to a meat feast tonight :( Now I'll just have to find something else :(
Spent the weekend at the parents as OH away and I've been force fed birthday cake, chocolate cake, pizza...said no to as much as possible, but just can't have my meat for brekkie and dinner will be roast with everything  ....can't wait to get home and get back on track. Doesn't look good for weigh-in on Tuesday and I was doing so well

It's so hard when you are out of normal routine to stay on track! Especially when you have well meaning relatives/friends wanting you to have a good time (and so feed you endlessly ).

We are off on holiday for Easter (self catering which will make things slightly easier) and I'm dreading it (that sounds so bad!).

I'm looking forward to the holiday :D , just dreading trying to plan my food ahead!!

doorstep - thats exactly why I'm trying so hard! OH and I are off to Malta for a week end of April and I don't want to be as miserable as I was in France last year. I want to lose at least another stone by then (if not more!) so I can enjoy it lots! Ah well, two days to weigh in to rectify it!
  • Hi everyone
Please could someone pm me the password for this week, am trying to follow SW too, have got the books and everything, just don't go to classes as I'm unable to with the hours I work and due to not coming home twice a week due to on call commitments.
    Thanx so much.
