I had quite a yummy tea tonight, Riso Gallo Mushroom risotto pronto. Free on green & very quick & easy to make. I added a few extra fried mushrooms & a bit of cheese. Iv also got the sun-dried tomato one to try which is also free & they do a four cheese one which is only 1 syn per 100g dry & sounds like it could taste naughtier than it is!
Im quite pleased with myself as I felt like a treat this evening & so nearly picked up something sooo naughty, I resisted & cooked my risotto & had a cup of tea with two oreo's ( 2 syns each) and feel very satisfied. Oreos are currently 2 packs for £1 in asda & taste like they should be MUCH more that 2 syns! Prefect when only chocolate will do!

Back again guys,
Been surfing Body optimise, the SW web site that i am a member of and found some good stuff on there!
One recipe in particular has caught my eye....bacon-wrapped monkfish, 1 Syn original choice. Will be doing that for sure soon, but want to do it with butternut squash and chickpea mash.
Guess what? the recipe for the mash states -Syns on original...can anyone help with how many it's supposed to be? (Yes, it does say "-")
198g can chickpeas
1/2 squash
clove garlic, (that all?)
4 tblspn VLF Nat. yoghurt
Thanks in advance

Hi Guys,
WI this morning.....lost literally just under 8 lbs!!!
I simply cannot believe it, and have checked the scales twice and double checked my figures......what can i say?
I'm sooooo "chuffed" , the motivation this has given me to go on and push for my target weight is immense.
By the way Amie, it's not sad to be up at 5am thinking about the days food - I've cooked a veg curry at 3am before, for early shift.
