    Morning everyone.

A very wet and windy morning here, so no walking to work for me (any excuse, lol).

Having a green day as I find them easier for work.

B - 2 weetabix, banana, skimmed milk (HeA)
    L - Cottage cheese, 4 ryvita multigrain (HeB + 2 sins)
D - Some sort of pasta thing (my brain isn't in gear yet!)

Going away in 10 days so trying to limit my sins before then. Snacks will be muller yogurt and fruit.

    Have a great day

    :D

    Morning all,
Supposed to be on earlies this week, but fortunately I'm on Rest Day today!
Storm not too bad so far, having been up since 0330 - my body knows somehow my shift pattern and seems to adjust accordingly.
Original day, as I'm off. Need to make up for a poor yesterday after going out with the family and ending up at Pizza Hut.
One thing I did learn from yesterday is that my body does not seem to like being stuffed with food as much as it did - presume that's education from the SW effort. I did not finish off the kids portion, I had only a bottle of beer as opposed to several glasses of wine, and shared a pudding.
    Saved us money too!
    Cheers you lot
    Attend SW Tuesdays =
Walk to station every day = :j
3 workouts per week = None :embarasse
Plan my meals weekly = Nope:eek:

    Lady V,

This is my upteenth time of doing slimming world, and its never come off as quick as it did the first time, i think the first time its so new to your body, that it makes a huge difference, on subsequent times its always slower.

i think it was easier the first two times as it was 10 years ago , im 45 now and find it a huge struggle to get the weight off , not running around after a little one , shes now 18 , lol and doing things like the school walk and just genrally being a bit more active then really helped the weight loss ,
also as well i think the food has changed m theres more out there thats tempting:D

    Hi Guys,
Just got the curry feast book......looks like I could do a whole week of curries...LOL
Back on track this morning after last night. Signed up for the excercise bit on the site , so i now have to commit to dusting off the gazelle machine and the weights.
I'm going to work towards that "model" 6 pack, and fit body that I always wanted...what motivates me is what my wife's reaction will be...hopefully!
    Cheers you lot

Thats ok, I'd been drinking it too, and my consultant picked up on it on a food diary sheet and said it might not be free, i'd been drinking 4-5 glasses a day!!!
