Catt, I am on my own in the house all day (work from home) and am very good, but leave me alone at night and I become a food monster :rotfl: I try to snack on healthy things but if you do 'go to the dark side':eek: all you can do is start afresh the next day, chick.

REDMEL - i've been sterilised.it was after that my problems started.when i asked my doctor if he thought it could be connected he looked at me like i snakes for hair.then,when i asked where the eggs go now(obviously not out of the fallopian tubes to be fertilised),a perfectly reasonable question i thought given the circumstances,he laughed at me.:o properly just laughed:mad: .i felt so humiliated.even if it was a stupid question(which i still don't think it is cos he explanation was vague to say the least,rather similar to 'dunno' just not admitting it!) he could have at least been polite.:mad:

like i said before,i was honestly only consuming 1200 cals a day but he told me to go on a diet!!??!! UNBELIEVEABLE!:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

Cor I don't come on this thread for 2 days and there was loads to catch up on, So all I will say is well done to everybody, whether you have lost, maintined or gained - There that was easiest......

I forgot to say before, I will need you all on here more now as I have lost my Slimming World Buddy (TerriGrunshaw) So I am on my own now:sad:

Kelly - That is disgraceful, for him to laugh !!!!!! he is the doctor not you.....I would have asked the same thing anyway!! and i don't think it is a stupid (or funny) question at all. If I continue like this I will try and see a female doctor I think.

Been into my local Home Bargains this morning and they have

Batchelors Pasta N Sauce 49p
Batchelors Savour Rice 35p
Ryvita Minis, Cheese & Chive 19p

I then went into Tesco, and the Ryvita Minis were 41p :eek:

I also went into the wool shop and bought some wool and a pattern with the idea that if my hands are busy, I can't be using them to stuff my face

Oh my God! I was sterilised at 30 and hysterectomy at 32 and have always been curious as to where my little eggs go now...!!!!
If you ever find out, let us know!!

Afternoon everyone.

As requested pasta or rice quiche (which iv just eat loads of for dinner yummy!!)

I have made rice quiche today.
I made up a packet of bachlors curry rice (or one of the free ones)
Then in a ovenproof dish, i put chopped peppers,onions and musrooms, then top with the curried rice.
Then pour over enough beaten eggs to just cover it.
Cook on a low heat until set.
Yummy total free on GREEN days rice quiche.
Tastes great hot or cold.
The pasta one is done the same just with a packet of free pasta n sauce instead of the rice.

This is great to use up all the vegies you have that need using up, you can add any free veg to it.

Kellybigboobs, i sell anything i dont need anymore on Ebay and i mean anything, old clothes,books,toys,tools. It really is a great habbit of getting into listing old items and has made me loads in the past 4 years, it even paid for our spending money when i went to Florida in 05.

Oh no !!!!!! I was sterlised at 28 and never even thought to ask the question of where my little eggs go, OF COURSE I want to know now :mad:

don't worry nessa i ditched him 7 or 8 years ago after i noticed how hairy his hands were and i was due for a smear!he'd given me 1 before,and to be 'kind' he heated the jack thingy under the hot tap so it would be more 'relaxing' (only a bloke,eh?!).it was sooo relaxing i'm surprised i didn't end up in the burns unit!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad: :mad: :mad: thanks doc.i got sterilised at 23 and he didn't want to refer me for that either so i think being rude to me thereafter was his revenge.

GOD,i sound like i hate all men and doctors but really i don't.JUST THE STUPID ONES!!!!!:rotfl:

17 days until I go to Malta! :eek: Any miracle way of losing a 1lb a day?! I wonder if I can go that long without putting a single naughty thing in my mouth? :rotfl:

Skint-Cat, 2 of my kids are off to Malta with my in-laws in 23 days time!!
Just a pity my dd is too young and ds2 is sitting his sat exams so they cant all go together.
Hope you have a great time, and you can do it!!
