Or glitterpink, now we'r into spring why not pack up a really nice salad - you can add healthy extras if you want and then take a dressing in a separate pot to prevent sogginess. Fruit salad is also good now tha soft fruits are coming into season.Saving to pay the tax man0

Chin up Redmel! I sometimes lose perspective aswell. It is ONLY weightloss and not the end of the world if it takes a few weeks longer than anticipated. I have lost 20lb since last August and put on a pound and a half last week. Was devastated as I am not really sure why I put on. But, trying hard now and hope some will come of this week. Don't feel too bad, think of all you have lost upto now!
Big kisses and a hug x0 -
Yeah I think I will I only get half a hour and most of that time a chat lol
I think I will buy a slimming world mag tomorrow to try and help me understand a bit more !

I am at work all day, so would need breakfast and lunch
Thanks0 -

But in my defence, I am feeling low (very low) and to top it all, my laptop is on the verge of packing in....the screen looks like a multi-coloured barcode!! So, back to sharing the main computer with dh again.
To be honest I feel close to crying....and I am not usually a crying person. I will try and follow the plan for the rest of the week...but I am not expecting miracles!! I think I will go and get a bath soon and try not to drown myself.(don't worry I would never do that to my boys)
Oh Mel, I feel for you. Don't put yourself under too much pressure with the plan. We all go off the rails sometimes and remember this is a lifetime change of eating, so there's no rush to lose quickly and right now. Do something that makes you happy tomorrow and let us know how you are. We are all with you on here xxxxxx:smileyheagpuss0 -
Cheers for all the help.
I'm sure I will get my head around this soon lol0
