Well I've had a HUGE red day brekkie with free sausages, bacon and two fry(lighted) eggs - off to the hairdressers now then straight down to OH's dads in the Cotswolds - we've got a vintage car run tommorrow so praying to miss the rain!
Will be back on Monday, shouldn't have too much to eat naughtily between meals but I can't guarantee what will be available for the meals themselves! :eek:0 -
Morning everyone!
This is the first weekend in a while that I'm not going to blow all the week's hard work. I don't want to be miserable on Monday morning yet again. Had some granary rolls with cheese last night and a small bar of choccie, as my weekly treat, cos that's what I fancied.
Pasta for lunch and not sure about tea, yet, maybe a curry. I'm making lamb meatballs tomorrow, for a change.
Let's keep the momentum up, but if you do slip and fall, just get up, dust yourself off, and start again. We're all in this together:T
Have a good day all xxxxx:smileyheagpuss0 -

I usually plan my meal ahead so I know what to buy from supermarket, I shop online with Asda (ffee delivery codes on this site), that way you usuallly do stick to just what you need to buy. I do also chekc the offeres out in sainsburys and morrisions (these are the only two shops in our town. #
Find if I go for the bogoffs in my meal plans it goes a little further.
Has anyone tried the Batchelors super noodles to go, low fat which are free, the are on offer in asda at mo, 4 for £2.0 -
Glitterpink, it took me a couple of weeks to get my head around the plan, and even then I made mistakes (and still do). At first you think you'll never get the hang of it, but you will, it just clicks eventually
Redmel, I hope you are ok, chick. Been thinking about you :A:smileyheagpuss0 -
I live abroard and would like to try out slimming world but at the moment can not afford the member ship, can anyone help me by providing me with the passworld for one week so I can have a look around and see if this is for me. Thanks0

Hi All, Thank You so much for all your kind words.
I am going to try hard for these last two days and see if I can hopefully maintain.
I know the reasons i am feeling down but unfortunately i eat when stressed and depressed so I put on weight which in turn makes me feel even worse.
ANYWAY....
I will try and pull myself together and focus on positives....I am on a red day today just had Bacon and egg on toast, it was bl00dy lovely. It is food like this that makes it easier to stick to the plan. I was trying to aim for a 5.5lb loss by the end of April, I don't think I will manage that now, but I will just try my best.
Glitterpink - I found it best to focus on one type of day at a time, so for the first few weeks I did green (as there seems more choice) then once I was happy I knew what I was doing there i tried a red or two to mix the week up a bit. I sometimes still mess up red days, but I am still learning... Good Luck with it.
Good Luck everybody.

Have had the chicken one, not too bad although i found they never quite filled me up. These used to be quite good for keeping in the works kitchen cupboard.
