Hi Tractor Girl
Mug shots are like a pot noodle only in a packet, you'll find them where the cuppa soups are in supermarket.
They don't look much but my favourite is sweet and sour (quite hot) and chow mein. especially as there free on Green days.
Thanks all for your kind word, do seem a little more positive now.
I'm still a little bored with lunches for work and struggle to find things, at present I have mug shots or pasta and cheese HEA on green day or a ham or chicken sandwich on red day. Pitta breads aren't bad but at 7 syns a bit high.
Anybody any suggetsions
Oh I treid something similar to the chicken kiev in the mag last night, didn't use the breadcrumbs, instead wrapped a piece of bacon around the chicken, was really tasty.
Basically mix quark with garlic and parsley, slice chicken and push the mix inside and seal back up. Give it a try.0 -
Welshnutta, thanks so much for the recipe - yum yum, that's tomorrow's dinner sorted (I tried the thanks button but no joy). Peachy, you're right about pausing and asking 'will having eaten this make me happy in ten minutes?' - i should have done that before I scoffed the last 4 choccies in the box this evening after I'd put my little girl to bed (Have no idea how many sins as they are from the local chocolate shop and not branded!).
I've otherwise been very good today - pasta and sauce (5 sins)and pork HEB tonight, no alcohol.
Beccabee, get stuck in. I did slimming world after my first two boys with very quick results (this was about 8 years ago now). This time I had the baby 30 months ago and I've only just now got round to dieting and it's slower. So the quicker you 'get back to normal' the better I think - gives your body less time to get used to a certain (higher) weight.
Better go and put the big ones to bed,

HI Glitterpink - I'm a bodyoptimise member - don't know wether this is the same as joining online in the UK. The bodyoptimise is OK - lots of recipes, syn calculator and lists and of course it gives you all the details of how to follow the plans. The support if not so good though - computer generated emails - so I'm really glad to have found this forum. I also buy slimming world magasine every two months which I find really helpful.
