Well i try and have 70 syns a week and i try to save at least half for the weekend , i don't flexi .
I would dread to think how many syns i'd use and then get back to 10 syns a day afterwards:eek: :eek: , i'd never lose weight.
Like i said i allow myself the 70 syns and if don't use them all week then come saturday if i'm going somewhere nice i don't blow it altogether .
Drinks are my downfall and i try to stick to vodka a 35cl secorned smallest bottle its 35 syns and diet coke is free , i have been known to take a bottle with me :whistle: :whistle: .
That leave me the same to have wine or something else naughty , but next day straight on the soda water to flush my body out ,no more syns until the next week.
Everyones differet and i've been doing it for 10 years and until last year i was at target , ive now lost the 10lb to get back to target , but what works for me , dosn't mean thats what you have to do its up to you :rolleyes: , peachy x0 -
:beer: i agree with you peachy.if you don't feel like synning what's the point of forcing yourself to have them.doesn't make sense.much better to save them for when you get a REAL craving.i've surprised myself how little i'm missimg the booze actually.mind you got lunch with my best vodka guzzling friend tomorrow so hope i don't blow it on food or drink front.got my free nuetral omelette for the morning and been finding more and more willpower since sunday so feeling very hopeful that i'll behave responsibly....:whistle:
AND i've finally figured out how copy and paste!!!!!!please,no doh's!at least i'll be able to do my kids homework more easily for them now!!!!!!!!!!:rotfl::T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil,like women....;):D:p

Well, I've had a surprise tonight - I actually weighed out a HEB worth of roast chicken (100g) and it's more than I would usually eat! SO I am on a diet but struggling to eat enough LOL!
Kelly, I feel exactly the same about avocado - it's so good for you and just yummy, so it's a shame it's so high in syns. Do you think combining it with superspeed prawns would lessen it's impact (or is this too much tweaking!).
No alcohol for me either at the mo as DH is away working and it's not a good idea for me to drink alone but at least I can use the sins for chocolate instead!!Saving to pay the tax man0 -

Do you know where your going to eat ? , if i eat out i try to have a red day as i find it easyer , steak, jacket-h/b side salad , roast dinner , tuna steak on roasted veg ,new pot -h/b, hot chicken & bacon salad with jacket , do you see what i mean , just try to keep away from creamy sauces, peachy x
If you go there alot ask if you can have a menu for work as your orgagniseing a works team building day and would like to show work , or just take one , sit down and go though the menu so next time you know what to have and its all planed out , have a drink for me and have fun0 -

I'm very angry with myself but it hasn't stopped me today from carrying on eating the same as I did last week! I've read the whole of the last two days of this thread now and it has motivated and I have noted down a couple of recipes - thanks for those! I will go swimming tomorrow night - I WILL! - you can kick me if I don't!!!

Just do what your doing don't blow it and drink plenty as this flush you out , write everything down , eat as much superspeed on everything you eat .
DO you eat the same things everyday mix it up get your books out and change as much as you can .
Say you have fruit and yogurt for brekkie on monday ,tuesday two weetibix and banana , then wen bacon butty , thur branflakes and you do the same everyday each week , your body gets used to it .:rolleyes: .

PEACHY,unfortunately i really can't drink vodka.well,not if i want a boyfriend,family or any mates left!seriously,i'm just evil on the stuff,it sends me absolutely barmy.will try doing the alternating with soft drinks though.:o
PARISKATE,i have to say i'm very tempted to swap avocado for houmous as an heb where appropriate as it's the same syns.naughty i know but don't think it can hurt once in a while:p .don't eat them all the time anyway.i don't use many 'prepared' foods myself(though i can get em EXCEPT frylight!) as i like to know what's in my food.besides which they always seem to be more expensive and higher synned than fresh equivalent too.:eek:

well i stayed the same this week
my consultant agreed that after the past few days ive had all the chocolate u had was syn free :rotfl: :rotfl:
