Does anyone know if i can use Tescos value Muesil as a H0B?? 28g, i know it says in book and consultant told me you can change the cereals for shops own brand, and Jordans Muesil is show.
So can i have it as a HOB?? If not iv just had 4.5 syns!!LOL
Iv'e never been told that you can change the cereals for shops own brand, as theres differet sugars ect in each cereals , thats why they change the food directory every year because the retailers change what go's in there food .
Naughty CONSULTANT , people could be messing up big time , by not checking .
If you remember if you did this diet a while ago things like heinz speghetti bolognese in a tin on a green day was free , now its 3 syns , i love this on toast or in a jacket potatoe.
So please check what you put in your mouth ( hidden syn )

I'm going out for a Chinese on Friday night for a friend's birthday. I'll be driving, so not drinking won't be a problem - I'll stick to diet coke and water

Foodwise, any suggestions? I'm thinking if I have a green day I can have plain boiled noodles and some stir fried veg.

But, If I keep my Syns low each day until then, can I splurge them all on Friday? Maybe splash out and have some Mushroom Chow Mein and a chicken dish? I know you can't carry forward HOAs or HOBs but can you carry forward Syns?

    Thanks all!

Thanks, my consultant explained last night that the reason things change syn value from year to year is sometimes due to the difference aditivies that are put in the items.
It does say you can change HO for a `value` shop brand on the website and in the books, i will ask my consultant again next week.
She did a really good image therepy season last night, we had 8 new members and so she went round all of us asking why we liked this `diet` so much, told us about some new products she had found including the wholegrain? rivitas(new ones) which are 6 for a HOB. She got us all to guess the weight of a bag she passed round, most thought it was a stone when infact it was only half a stone which was a great insentive.

Yummy I'm eating an Ainsley Harriott Spicy Tomato Pasta pot (like a pot noodle) ... FREE on green! Think I'll be buying more of them as it is yummy.

I just spent an enlightening hour getting tins and packets out of my cupboard, working out their Syns online and writing the Syn value in big marker pen on them all. Surprised that Batchelors SLim a Soups are 3 Syns. Thought they'd be less.

    HI everyone

Been to weigh in, check my signature - yes I have lost the 2 lbs I put on whilst on holiday :j

Really going to knuckle down this week - I have been losing weight, but go way over on my syns at night, so going to really cut down on the wine and snacks as I am aiming for my 1 stone.

As I said in the meeting this morning, 10 lbs doesn't sound that much (I know, try carrying around 5 bags of sugar), but 1 stone sounds much better.

Just had a Bartchelors pasta meal for lunch (one of the free ones), and am going to make the Chicken Shahi Murgh out of the curry book - anyone know how many syns it is on green
You're only young once, but you can be immature forever :D

Yep it's the person who lost the most in that month. I got it for Jan and Feb!
