i thought i'd share my food diary with everybody once again as i'm feeling proud of myself and wanting to share my positivity.
breakfast-mango
lunch-mixed grill(bloke had sausage),heb jacket,grilled tom & mush
dinner-porridge(heb),apple,chicken leg(fat removed,of course)
syns-175ml white wine(hair of the dog:eek: )6syns,six not very cheesy chips stolen from daughter's plate,4 syns i reckon,1tbsp brown sauce,1 syn,1tsp mustard,1/2 syn, & 2 small cola bottles,another 1/2 syn i reckon.total 12 syns.
i've even got lucozade in the fridge(hangover fuel) which i haven't touched and turned down my friend's offer of going to the local all you can eat oriental buffet!:T
will have veg and fruit if i get peckish in a bit.
peachy would definately make a great consultant,shame they're not all like her or all the contributors on here,reckon more people would stick to the plan and classes if the consultant were ALL of a high standard and passionate about SW.
and don't worry peachy,i've been drinking my own weight in liquid today-and that's alot of weight!
ALSO,could someone pm me this week's password please,wanna check cheesy chips/cola bottles syn values?:T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil,like women....;):D:p

Thats what upset me when i wen't to a local class near me , the consultant didn't care , so i'm weighing myself at boots every monday and your all my class mates :j :j :j .
If i can go through life helping as much people as i can along the way , than i'm happy , the diet really dose work , so come on girls lets do it together ,but you must really wont it and i have seen a change in everyone this week and i'm over the moon :dance: :dance: :dance:0 -

Thanks for the encouragement, just to update everyone - have spent ages on my finance stuff today so just couldn't face making pie so had asda veggie meatballs (I think they're 3 syns in a pack could be more but i've only had a 3rd of the pack) with leftover pasta sauce from this week - again about 2 syns worth - a bit of dolmio (that's the syns) with loads of tinned tomatoes, onions peppers chillis and passata and pasta - me and my OH just had a great big bowl each and it was delicious!!
Even managed to resist the wine tonight:beer:
Keep going everyone you're doing brilliantly - I've got weigh in tomorrow but to be honest might start taking Peachy's lead and weigh myself in Boots instead - I can't really afford the class but will try to keep going as i'm rubbish on my own - The first time I joined I got down to nearly 2 stone less than I am now:eek: so not sure if I can motivate myself enough!

can anyone tell me how you make the no longer free on green lasagne sheet crisps please?i'm really intrigued as i don't really like potato crisps that much anyway(i like maize type ones) and i think i read that they come out lower synned than crisps too:T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T

i had the quron chicken fillets with bacon & cheese with loads of syn free chips, mushrooms & sweetcorn, was nice
i cooked the quorn in the frying pan with fry lite the put the bacon in for a couple of mins then put the bacon & cheese on top of the fillet and put it in the oven for few mins to mel the cheese
just had big bowl of fruit & muller lite, am stuffed nowThe only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about - Oscar Wilde:beer:

Hi All
I better have lost tomorrow...the amount of running up and down the stairs and hoovering etc I have done today......
I have planned my menu for tomorrow already - Red day I will have egg, bacon and beans(heb) for brekkie. Chicken and Cheese(hea) salad for lunch. And for dinner will be loads of veg with chicken in white sauce(2 Syns)....
I will have a muller light and banana, Alpen light bars for snacks too, if I need them. Mmmmm i'm looking forward to it already :rolleyes:
I will report my loss/gain tomorrow.

I have to say I find you all much more supportive & much more help then my actual consultant! Why do they not seem to care as much anymore? Iv joined SW a few times over the years & had about 5 consultants and only one of them actually had before and after pictures of them showing what they have acheived following the plan.
Im going to going what i think is the majority on this thread & weigh myself once my countdown runs out. I have learnt a lot about the plan from you lot, the plan i thought i knew inside out!! Thank you all!

HI all ,only just had the time to come on here again, taken me ages to catch up on here tonight and look at the time it's now morning again!!!
Well I had my 1st WI on Friday , lost 2 1/2 lb , I was really gutted as you always lose loads first week. Didn't have time to stay to class as had an appt, we do have our own class forum though and that night she said it was prob due to the fact my diet is not a whole lot different.I have eaten healthy for a while now and kids too , no fried, no chips only fry light wedges, rarely pizzas, don't eat crisps, or McD's or KFC etc, I think why it is helping me as it makes me excercise , which I haven't had time for but now make time for and makes you eat what I was eating then now in moderation. It was a 'star' week as they call it at class too so may notice more next week. Well better get off and get to sleep.0 -

Peachy, if your consultant is rubbish, then you know you could do a much better job, and make some money as well. My consultant is great, she phones or texts some weeks, to check I'm OK, and she is lovely, but if she wasn't, I know I would probably give up and stop going to meetings.
Well, I was good at the weekend (apart from the wine and the mint aero), so think I have lost this week. :T
Haven't decided whether to have a red or green day today. I have the chicken legs from yesterdays lunch, but I would rather have a green day. We are having chilli tonight, so if I do have a red day, I will have to have mashed cauli instead of rice
