GPUSS i want your scales, they sound ace!!!!

i know you're not supposed to weigh yourself everyday, blah, blah, blah but i find it keeps me motivated.also one of the reasons i put on so much weight in the 1st place was not weighing myself regularly!

    :T REMEMBER - A WEIGH-IN IS NOT FOR LIFE,IT'S JUST FOR EASTER!!!!!:rotfl:

No they're not syn-free. However, syn them and they're only 3½ syns for 28gms which should make quite a few crisps (far fewer than a bag of crisps).

I'm a big believer in moderation in all things, so a few of anything like this is not going to have much effect on your weight, it's when you get to making loads of them and eating them in preference to 'proper' food that the problems begin.
Hi kelly i don't know , would have to phone syn help line and ask , you don't have to be at class to phone and the lady will help , always check what you put in your mouth  , the no.09068518518 , never quess , you could be so wrong it all adds up , peachy x

No, we were staying with friends who had their grandaughter over, so we couldn't really - plus we were bushed from all that sea air. Might try it on tonight though as I've got WI tomorrow ;):D

Well done everybody who has weighed in today...

    Tractorgirl 5lbs - that's excellent

KellyBB - Well done on your 2 1/4lbs loss, Don't think that it isn't a good loss because it is.....

I weighed in today lost 2 1/4lbs (KellyBB, i'm counting quarters too:) ) And my kids went back today so at least my walking routine will get back to normal:)

My next mini-goal is to reach my 2 stone weight-loss point by the end of April.
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.
  • Hiya, I've been with SW since the beginning of the year and have lost 10lb so far, got next WI tonight.

Anyway as this is also a money saving forum does anyone know what supermarket has a good deal on Muller Light yoghurts at the mo? They're so expensive at around 50p each so I try to stock up when they're on offer. They're quite handy to pour over fruit as a healthy breakfast or our consultant says to freeze them to eat at night in front of the telly - although I did try that and it was ROCK hard!

Also I LOVE Babybel Emmental (the yellow ones) but only Sainsburys seem to do them :(

well done tractor girl - that's awesome!
Also Kelly and redmel for losing.
I second Charlies mum and everyone else, peachy you should be our consultant!!! I can't get to a class either so online support is fantastic for me and you're all great cheerleaders.
I had my online WI today and lost a grand total of 1/2 llb (300g). Mmm, a little disappointing but I did have a good weekend!
This week I;m not drinking wine so I think that will help.
So far today I've eaten a lot of fruit, beansand jacket for lunch and tonight is 'special' macaroni cheese.
    Goos luck for WIs tonight,
    PK
