Morning everyone.
Well done to everyone, and good luck for those WI today, My WI is tonight at 7pm, really hoping for at least 2lb but we will have to see.
What do you all do on WI day?, i tend to have my tea late after iv been weighed and eat mainly fruit,yogurts and lots of drinks throughout the day.
Not that i bet it makes a difference just in my head it says dont eat loads through out the day or you will weigh more tonight!!!!Proud to be DEBT FREE AT LAST0 -
I do the same dlb - though its always the day before weigh-in I get a craving for 'nice' foods

Hi all.
Been following this thread for a few weeks now and wanted to just say hi and thanks for all the good advice that gets posted here.
Joined SW 6 weeks ago and have so far lost 13lbs. WI is Thurs nights and this week I am hoping for first stone off and club 10 all in one go ! I am an optimist !! This baby weight will come off...
Anyway, figured it was time to stop lurking in the shadows....

I've got my weigh in tonight and I know that I have put weight on, I had 2 not so good evenings last week. It's so easy to put it on isn't it?
On the plus side; I have walked loads and yesterday did a high energy exercise class at the gym - I was well chuffed at doing the full hour.
So I suppose I will have to alter my signature but if it wasn't for this support I would have had more lapses.:hello:0 -

Do me favor put it to the test , don't drink anything for at least 1hour before you go ,get weighed and have a cup of tea at class then near the end of class asked to be weighed again , just make sure you go the loo before you get weighed it dose help .

well,actually,it's a happy BACK-TO-SCHOOL day.what a feeling!i've lost 2 and 1/4 lbs.i know at SW they don't count 1/4's but after 4 months of constantly gaining weight and feeling desparately out of control,i'm counting every ounce!it's not a massive loss but i'm delighted.just had an apple to celebrate!!!

Just a quick pop-in to say good luck to wi-ers, well done to all losers:T and hello newbies and former lurkers:D. Hi Consultant Peachey and well done on maintaining your target weight:T. Am back on track today and determined to kick scales !!!! Bought some new scales and not only do they show tenths of a pound, I weigh more on them! Been rubbish for half the week, but see if I can salvage something before Thursday.

PASTA CRIPS
place 6 sheets in pan of bowling water part boil 3min
drain well lay on kitchen towel pat dry ,
using scissors cut into triangles and put on sprayed baking tray,
then spray them with frylight add cajun,or garlic seasoning or leave plain,
put in oven in very hot oven about 5min , keep a eye on them , take out
when golden brown
