Afternoon all
So nice to hear your all doing so well after last week.
I made a rice dish last night, very nice and very hot if anybody would like to have a go at it. Think it would also be nice cold perhaps for lunch.
Peppers (any type) Mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, parpika, Hot pepper sauce (syn free) 1 pack of Uncle Bens mexican micro rice 250g 2syns,
If on a red day add meat as well, quite nice with chicken. I also put cayanne pepper in, made it very hot.
Basically fry everything first (not rice), when nearly done micro the rice then add to the other ingrediants and mix well.0 -
Well done everyone for being good over the weekend. DLB, I went past McDonalds yesterday, and a few weeks ago wouldn't have hesitated to call and get a Big Mac, but I just had some chicken insted (red day)
Green day today, so have had mushrooms on toast for breakfast, chicken roast dinner for lunch, and a Batchelors pasta meal for dinner.
I did have some wine and mint aero last night, and I did feel guilty, but it was gorgeous
Peachy, have you ever thought about being a SW consultant - I mean it, you are really motivational and would be great :AYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
i bought some quorn chicken fillets and was planning to make chicken new yorker (chicken filet, bacon (heb) and cheese (hea) with syn free chips
when i look at the cooking instructions it says dry fry the filet then cook in sauce, i'm not planning on having mine with sauce, would it be ok to just cook this on its own?The only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about - Oscar Wilde:beer:

On about 180 electric (sorry dont know how to convert to gas mark) for about 25 mins.
But im not one for sticking to times, i take them out when they start to go a lovely golden brown colour. Just keep checking on them and make sure they are cooked all the way through.Proud to be DEBT FREE AT LAST0 -
