Morning all,
Its going to be a green day, brekkie has been, baked beans, mushrooms, egg and toast (heb).
I have pasta and sweetcorn in fridge left over from yesterday, may pop some toms, and cucumber in there for lunch, maybe jacket for tea although not sure what to have with it, any ideas??
I am going to try and not eat anything at all unhealthy between now and thurs (not even things I can syn) will see if that can help me.
I have to go to the hospital tommorrow and hope that I can get a better frame of mind after I have been, I tend to eat when I am worried, anxious, sad, think the term is comfort!
Hope you all have a good day x0 -

Hello All!
How is everyone doing?
I have just got back from a long weekend in the Lake District and haven't followed the plan at all! Oops! And its WI tomorrow  DOH!
Oh well, I have been good today so far, and I will continue to be good for the rest of the week! (PROMISE?!)
I have only got 2.5lbs to lose until my stone (although after tomorrows WI that will probably have gone up again!)
Hope everyone is happy and motivated!
Keep up the good work! :T

Afternoon all
So nice to hear your all doing so well after last week.
I made a rice dish last night, very nice and very hot if anybody would like to have a go at it. Think it would also be nice cold perhaps for lunch.
Peppers (any type) Mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, parpika, Hot pepper sauce (syn free) 1 pack of Uncle Bens mexican micro rice 250g 2syns,
If on a red day add meat as well, quite nice with chicken. I also put cayanne pepper in, made it very hot.
Basically fry everything first (not rice), when nearly done micro the rice then add to the other ingrediants and mix well.0 -

Just checking in, have had other things i've had to do today - token letters etc
It's been a horrible week and I really haven't been on plan on Friday night or all yesterday - am back on it today though, have had a late brunch of quorn sausages and quorn bacon on 2 toasted Warburtons brown sliced baps - 2 HExtra Bs and used philadelphia extra light instead of butter:A
Going to do a quorn mince cottage pie with new potatoes and veg with a wee bit of veggie gravy for tea - so on a green day I think i'm back on plan...no wine tonight and it's weigh in tomorrow so wish me lots of luck!
Cheers - keep on plan guys you can do it - even if I can't :rotfl:LBM: 31.03.08 - Debt at 31.03.08: £38000  (not including student loan)Member #172 of the DMP Mutual Support Club 'Spendaholics Anonymous' Thread Member No 550 -
