Thank you for the welcome redmel and hello everyone.

Well, today's OK so far, nice HM soup for lunch but we're going out tonight and I'm not sure I've got the whole flexible sins idea sorted yet. I don't know what we'll be having for supper but it should be very delicious (a friend is treating us at a nice restaurant). It shouldn't be too boozy though so I shall just eat reasonably and avoid anything which is too obviously calorie rich.

Have been reading all the success stories in the mag again and they are very inspiring.!

Kelly - enjoy your night out. Single vodkas with free mixers are deffo the way to go. Make sure the bar staff use a big glass too then you get more diet coke per shot of vodka & it lasts longer too.

I have not been v good today. Had cereal for brekkie. Went for Toby carvery at lunch time (prob had more meat than potatoes so ill call it a red day!). Not hungry for tea now though, think i'll just have fruit and yoghurt. Syns have been 1/2 a yorkshire pudding and a twirl. Oops, i am very sure thas more than 5!!

i would have vodka with diet coke but archers with lemonade and most places only have full sugar versions so i think i know the answer to this already!! shame as the archers is my fav!
