    Welcome Tractorgirl and reformed shopaholic....

    Hi everyone....

I have been soooooo good today.
Late Brekkie - rice pudding (milk HEA, no sugar)
Late Lunch - savoury rice and Large side salad
Late Dinner - jacket potato and beans....muller yoghurt
Snacks 3 x HM scones with jam @ 5 Syns each.......

I know the scones aren't that great but I have had the will power to stay within my 15 Syns. AND I have done 15 mins manic cycle on the bike, 60 crunches, 20 sit-ups and 10 leg-raises. Then we took the dog on a walk for over an hour.......

Thanks Peachy you have just reminded me, I need to go drink some water.

    Mel x

Back from the pub and it was probably the worst meal ever, it is under new management and the food was cr*p. I just had a piece of chicken with tinned veg and awful boiled potatoes :o

Come home and am now consoling myself with a nice glass of wine :D

Oh well, the good news is that I probably haven't put on any weight

Nice theory, obviously out of the same rule book that says wine is made from grapes, so that doesn't count ;)

    Hi All

Did well all day then OH went out and I worked into the evening and started picking and couldn't stop, even though I wasn't hungry. Going to do a big shop today, with some new things to inspire me (fed up of bacon and eggs). Have to get a grip, or I'll be back to square one again:mad:

    I know, I'm rubbish:o
