Hi everyone please can I join? How do I do it.....join the thread that is? I was about to log off but spotted this on my way out, so thought whilst i'm trying to save pounds for the debts I should keep trying to lose pounds...Is there a way I can find this thread easily and report in for what i'm eating etc?
I re-joined SW in Nov 07 and have lost 9.5lbs so far - this may reduce after the week i've had this week, need a drink tonight!!!
Anyway, enough about me would welcome some diet buddies and support and i'll try and do the same - if I focus on losing the weight and saving the money - I'll end up happy and won't have to spend any cash on clothes cos i'll look great in a bin bag!!LBM: 31.03.08 - Debt at 31.03.08: £38000  (not including student loan)Member #172 of the DMP Mutual Support Club 'Spendaholics Anonymous' Thread Member No 550 -

Welcome Tractorgirl and reformed shopaholic....
Hi everyone....
I have been soooooo good today.
Late Brekkie - rice pudding (milk HEA, no sugar)
Late Lunch - savoury rice and Large side salad
Late Dinner - jacket potato and beans....muller yoghurt
Snacks 3 x HM scones with jam @ 5 Syns each.......
I know the scones aren't that great but I have had the will power to stay within my 15 Syns. AND I have done 15 mins manic cycle on the bike, 60 crunches, 20 sit-ups and 10 leg-raises. Then we took the dog on a walk for over an hour.......
Thanks Peachy you have just reminded me, I need to go drink some water.

Hello everyone, can join you on this thread please?
I've just joined up to the slimming world online thingy - body optimise- as I can't go to a group, and the past couple of weeks haven't gone too well:o . I did SW a few years ago to lose 'baby weight' and it was easy. This time though I guess I'm older and the excess weight has been sitting around for a good couple of years so I neeed to pay far more attention. I'll have a good read through the thread, re-read my slimming world mags and then be all inspired!Saving to pay the tax man0
