I had WI today and lost 2.5lb
I'm now 1/2lb away from my two stone award - *must* lose that this week!

Grrr can't get onto the sw website. Essential maintenance apparently. So annoying, I wanted to see my graph with my new weight!! :mad:0

Wow, well done Purple - 1/2 lb should be easy if you have lost 2.5 this week. Eat loss of speedfoods, and drink lots of water.

What you mean eaten loads of free food, drank loads of SF squash, water and diet pop.

Here goes, cant post todays food intake as I have been so so so bad due to beng totally miffed at the fact I did not lose yesterday, even abandoned the walking today!!
