Was going to have a green day as we are having chilli and rice for dinner, but didn't feel like cooking pasta, so bought a ready cooked chicken and had some of that for lunch.
Can someone just clarify, I'm not allowed rice on a red day am I ?0 -
thanks for the replies on the batchelors pasta and sauce as you can tell i'm still getting used to this
another question, i love bananas and know they are free, but are they really totally free if you eat lots of them in one day?
eg, yesterday i had one with my weetabix, then two in a sandwhich at lunchtime, one with yogurt for desert at tea, and again one for an evening snack.
dont normally eat that many but as i'm full of cold, they are what i am fancying to eat
thanks

Yes, they are still free, as long as their not cooked. Although you eat a lot of them yesterday, they will have filled you up and you won't have eaten a lot of other things, that you would have done (if you see what I mean?). The idea is that free food is filling, it doesn't matter if you eat lots of different ones or the same, though best to have a change in general.
Hope you're felling a bit better today xxx:smileyheagpuss0 -
thanks gpuss, still feeling under the weather, but i have eaten a better variety today
weetabix and banana
mug shot and some melon chunks
jacket spud, bolognaise sauce, (hb) salad, yogurt
prob apple or banana for evening snackenjoy life, we only get one chance at it:)0 -

i have been going to Slimming World for few months now and just came across this thread.
i went for a weigh in last night and lost 2lbs so i have now lost 1st 7lbs so got my 1 1/2 stone award and my club 10 so was really pleased with myself.
i am getting married in september so i have something to focus on (my dress:j ) and i am going away for a Hen week in June so i have 9 weeks before then, i want to lose another stone before i go there as all my friends are size 10's so i need to be look good in a bikini too, so hope i can do it.
i have had slow weeks and fall of the wagon but seem to get back on track somehow.
i have wrote my meal plan for the next week to help me stick to it and hopefully be on my way to my next awardWeight loss so far 1st 12 1/2 lbs:j
