Thank everyone, i will ask her next week.
So how can i eat chickpeas, they are listed as a free food on green days and all i did with them was boil them, then when i felt like some throw a handful in a hot pan with a spray of fry light and brown them off.
This has really confused me now, as surely dry frying them off is just another way of cooking them????
Can i only eat them raw/boiled?
Thanks everyone for helping me get my head round it all.

    Evening all

Sorry to say, i've just been to wi and feeling rather depressed:( and fed up . Thought I had done really good this week but just don't know whats gone wrong. I've been getting weighed in my jeans each week and this week didn't have time to change from work so went in a flimsy skirt. Thought this would mean I'd weigh less. Got on the scales and only lost 0.5 lb so hate to think what i would have put on if I was wearing the jeans. Feel like going out and buying a big fat cream cake.!!!!!!!!!

Mel, it doesn't seem fair, but sometimes if you are really good the loss doesn't show up until the following week. I bet you will see a loss next week if you keep on track. Sending hugs xx:grouphug:

Have a little treat, but keep away from the cream cakes girls. A glass of wine is ok as it's medicinal ;)

My first week completed at SW and I lost 3 lbs. I have had a VERY busy week and not really had time to sit and read all the stuff TBH. However, I've had some great, satisfying breakfasts (more than I would have eaten before) and tried a few recipes from SW books and enjoyed them all.

I have found it irritating sometimes to keep flicking through to see how many Syns things are or whether its an A or B and I've stuck to Original plan all week. Can't even think about green days until I suss this!!;)

But I'm pleased with my weightloss so far.

If anybody has their best ever recipe and they want to share it, I'd be more than pleased. I'm not fussy and will try anything. We had some things to try tonight and I tried a piece of banana couscous cake which was OK but a bit rubbery. Also tried a bit of weetabix cake and some aubergine pate and some chocolatey dip and some other bits.

    Hya all,
Just to share my favourites with you - a spoonful of Nutella stirred into fatfree quark and left overnight is yummy on dark rye Ryvita crispbread. Diet lemonade makes wine go a longer way. A tasty and superspeed snack, melon, strawberries and kiwi chunks.
    Good luck everyone.

hi hun , ask your consultant to phone head office or better still when it comes to anything your not sure of that you put in your mouth , phone them yourself :confused: .
You don't have to go to a class to speak to someone on the syn line , or if you do go to class ask the lady to check and send a memo to your consultant , because things do change  09068518518 syn help line .
Your just making sure your diet works (word for today - check) together will get there and stay there:T :T :T , peachy x
