    Hi Skint,

I'm having a real wobble today. I started by deciding to have a Red day so had 4 rounds wholemeal bread (nimble), bacon and 28g of cheese for breakfast. Then decided I could count that as 2 Bs and an A, so had pasta for lunch.

Then decided to have my Indian tonight, I need to be on a red day, so looked up the pasta and it's 22 syns

Now decided to turn today into a Mix to Match day, but haven't really got a clue what I'm doing. Oh well, tomorrow is another day

Good evening all, well another odd day, not really stuck to anything like food optimising today, now wondering if walking and watching rubgy in he cold and rain would have help burn off some of those cals??!! Hoping it is dry tommorrow a have a rare day off with the family, maybe a nice walk?

Hope you are all having a good weekend and dont miss the hr we lose tonight too much!!

ps, my quorn curry that I made the other night from sw mag was horrible, I dont think its a bad recipe just think I totally messed it up! Whole pan full went in bin and then I ate things I shouldn't cos I was so fed up!! Lesson learn't!!

    hello all:hello:
not been around much, kept checking in, but had one of those weeks.
hope everyones ok, and detirmined to keep up now as i can't believe how fast the pages have filled up!!!!!
wi for me last night and lost half a pound, so happy with that considering i had a blow out at weekend.
still not our normal consultant, silly mad woman who was there last week, and she said something that really upset me so i left without the password so if anyone would pm me with it i'd be very grateful.
our consultant has been away for three weeks, first week we got a fabulous consultant who spurred me on, the one we have had the last two weeks, i used to go to, but couldn't get on with her at all, she speaks before she thinks and berates you if you have a had a bad week, and drove me mad, so i left her class mid last year, and changed to this one when i re started after christmas. anyways last week i took dd with me, and although we didn't stay to class we did have a few minutes chatting to the consultant, who asked why i didn't go to her other class etc, and i said its because thursday night is much easier for me.
this week when i went in, she took me on one side, and said she thought i should watch what my dd is eating as she "looks the type of child who will pile weight on" if i'm not careful, and getting her to eat slimming world way would be a good start in life. i was livid to say the least, pointed out i didn't think it was her place to comment on a child's weight, unless she was medically qualified to, went got weighed and went home feeling very angry. dd by the way is 11, 5 foot 2, and weighs 7 and a half stone, which is a healthy weight for her height, according to all the child bmi calculators i have tried this morning, one actually said it was the low end of the healthy range.
part of me thinks i should report her (to whom i don't know) as it could really upset someone if she said something like this in front of a child, or am i making a big fuss about nothing and should just let it drop.
thank god normality will return next week to our class,

thanks for reading if you have got this far!!!!! any advice gladly recieved.

    love

160 how did you keep your hands off her    , she's the sort of person who gives a child a complex , stupid !!!!!   .
Has she got any children of her own , that sort of remark could drive a child have a eating disorder :(:( .
Weldone you on reporting her , who dose she think she is  , keep your chin up mate and just give your daughter a hug :A
