catt- i was surprised by the mango i always loved the mango & passion fruit innocent smoothie (not that have them anymore!!) but actual mango is not nice, its rubbery and i hought it had a melony taste to it, one fruit i can't stand is melon...ugh! still i had banana, raspberries & pineapple with cherry muller lite ontop it was yummy.

Ive done so well since Jan, lost nearly 2 1/2 stone, and for the last two weeks ive fallen off the wagon into chocolate and chips !!!.
Dont know whats happened to my motivation, oh has been off all wekk so weve been going out alot and eating rubbish !!!
Im sooooo annoyed with myself, dident go to class last week due to easter(chocolate actually), and dreading this week, i know i will have gained but cant stop eating rubbish !!!

you have done so well so far so try not to beat yourself up too much about a little blip, it's happend to all of us. Remember that when you doing this over the long term there are going to be weeks when you maintain or even put on weight, the key is to dust yourself off and get back on the wagon. if you feel that you have gained this week don't use it as an excuse to keep eating rubbish or you will find it harder to go back....focus on whatyou have achieved not that you have had a blipThe only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about - Oscar Wilde:beer:

Well i need a big hit over the head with a shuffle:( , i just can't get motivative and get back into it ,
whats wrong with me , ive just got back to target and easter comes around :eek: , and its not the chocolate, its the wine and having to go and vistit family , up and down the country, and have family here this weekend too .
Ive just think im lossing a fighting battle these two weeks , im glad its not just me who feels deflated this weekend , peachy x0 -

I've had a lot of family stuff going on this week & found myself going too long without eating & then having to eat the 1st thing i see! Luckly my mum has stocked up on pasta & sauce for me so thats saved me a few time when iv been there.
WI tomorrow & i have no idea what is going to have happened, im 2 pound off my 1 & half stone sticker & i want it!!
The wedding, my friends (not mine!) the one which the bridesmaid dress i have i didnt fit into but now do, is 15 weeks away, would love to lose another stone by then but im sure that wont happen, if its half a stone more il feel much better tho......
Come on girlies ( & boys, i know you're out there!) we can do it!!!

It must be the time of year, funny though how we're all feeling low at the same time.......maybe it's got something to do with the time-thief who stole our hour today??

We can all do it, I know we can. look how far we have all come already and I will say you all on here have been an inspiration to me. We just have to remember it is not a race to lose weight it is a long term goal and even if we maintain/gain every few weeks, we are still lighter than when we began.
Keep Well everyone and i will be reporting in tommorrow with my Huuuuuuge gains - which I don't/won't care about;)

Ooh hello again, well I did go to SW on Friday but it has been so time consuming I haven't had time to report back til tonight , or should I say this morning! My head has been stuck in my books since friday or on the laptop to my consultants website forum or the SW lifeline one, or stuck in the kitchen.Oh and 2 big long shopping trips to Tesco and Asda (for loads of mugshots)had my books in hand too.When I get back into it I will be okay and will be able to let go of my 'bibles' again, I am just scared of doing it wrong when I am thinking I am doing it right, what a waste that would be.0
