    Morning all

Well, I thought I was doing so well, I had stayed the same while on holiday, and still weighed the same yesterday, so thought I would probably maintain this week. Got on the scales this morning, and I have put on 1.5 lbs, no idea where it came from as I was good yesterday, and even spent a few hours digging the allotment :o

I don't want to start feeling down, or I will hit the biscuit tin. Anyway, we are now officially on British Summer time, so we all need to start thinking about nice dresses and shorts.

Come on ladies, let's get back on track :T

It must be the time of year, funny though how we're all feeling low at the same time.......maybe it's got something to do with the time-thief who stole our hour today??

I have decided I am not going to kick anybody up the bum, instead i am going to spread the love...here goes....here it comes....

:happyhear :happyhear :happyhear :happyhear :happyhear :grinheart:happyhear :happyhear :happyhear :happyhear :happyhear

I hope that is enough love to go around:)

We can all do it, I know we can. look how far we have all come already and I will say you all on here have been an inspiration to me. We just have to remember it is not a race to lose weight it is a long term goal and even if we maintain/gain every few weeks, we are still lighter than when we began.

Keep Well everyone and i will be reporting in tommorrow with my Huuuuuuge gains - which I don't/won't care about;)

    Morning all - I gained 3lb!

It is my own fault as I have been very busy and not eating enough. I had a week off work for my birthday and although I had couple of glasses of wine over that week I didn't go crazy. I know it was the the lack of 'B's.

I am wearing different clothes to last time I got weighed but I feel so bloated and can see the gain.

I have a couple of dance classes this week so concentrating on diet and exercise should shift those pesky pounds.
    Starting weight: 13st 6lb 8 oz :o
    Current Weight: 13st 4st 2oz :j
    Weight loss to date: 2lb 6oz :T

    Hi Choccie

If you would like a good curry, try the following.

1st choose your meat, chicken, quorn, whatever you fancy.

    1tsp of corriander
    1tsp of cumin
    1tsp ginger
    2 or 3 garlic cloves
    1 onion
500g passata, you could use tinned tomatoes
    Salt to taste
    Low Fat natural yoghurt
    1/2 pint stock from bovril

crush garlic and mix with spices, had half the spices to meat or quorn.
Meanwhile add chopped onions, rest of garlic and spices into frying pan and cook until onions soft, (you may wish to also add mushrooms and peppers)
Next add your coated chicken or quorn and cook.
Then add passata or tomatoes, warm through then add the stock a bit at a time. (I don't add to much stock as I like the sauce to be quite thick)
When the curry is done add some natural youghurt (small yougurt size pot is plenty) warm through and serve. .

Thanks mel making this today with my quorn fillets , and making rice and onion bargies and mint yogurt dip , to go with it :T :T :T - yummy, peachy

    Well done Terrigrunshaw :j

I'm preparing myself for a 2/3lb gain tomorrow. I've been very naughty and as hard as I tried today the sarnie shop called to me. Doesn't help I'm tired and I'm drowning at work, so I just want to eat to make myself feel better. :(

I have tried - I had a big bowl of chopped fruit and natural yoghurt for brekkie yesterday - but it took me 2 hours to eat it as I didn't eally want it.
