I'm preparing myself for a 2/3lb gain tomorrow. I've been very naughty and as hard as I tried today the sarnie shop called to me. Doesn't help I'm tired and I'm drowning at work, so I just want to eat to make myself feel better.
I have tried - I had a big bowl of chopped fruit and natural yoghurt for brekkie yesterday - but it took me 2 hours to eat it as I didn't eally want it.

well just think about it this way we've got easter out of the way and if we had'nt lost some weight before how would we be feeling this week :rolleyes: , im getting weighed tomorrow and i know ive put on , but im going to treat it as a blip like xmas and get back on track , so come on mate do the same you know you can do it :T , peachy x0 -

I was dying for chocolate/crisps a minute ago, but I'll stick to my Diet Coke for now! :rolleyes: Wanted to lose another 12lbs before Malta (29 days) but if I do half of that I'll be happy now. Got to be strong (but its sooo boring! :rotfl:)

Well just had for lunch quorn quarterpounders bramley apple 0.5 syn each , had two in a wholemeal roll h/b with sliced tom, lettus , laughing cow cheese spread on toasted roll , had to cut in half to get in my mouth :drool: :drool: , had shape yogurt and banana after - yummy , don't forget quorn is superspeed0

congratulations to those who reached targets,comiserations to those who didnt.DO NOT let yourself beat yourself up about it!today is the start of new week,tomorrow is the start of a new day AND a new month(even if it is april-fools,showers,etc-it still means warmer,sunnier and happier times ahead.REMEMBER,:A!
i've finally managed to pull myself out of my black hole and have started monday(and sw)on a very posititve note.began the day,well afternoon,with a massive lie-in and an even bigger omelette.and salad.and spicy noodles.and bread & butter.not bad for a diet!!!been drinking lots of fluids and done my food diary,got dinner planned and pleanty of snacks:D ,plus have an oatibix-honey-leftover fruit cumble-thingy baking in the oven,think it works out about 5 syns per slice,will let you all know what it tastes like.
:eek: last week i felt like many of you do at the mo but it DOES pass.like i said before please don't beat yourself up about not checking everything that enters your mouth or not meeting self-imposed targets,THERE'S ENOUGH HORRIBLE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD WILLING TO DO IT FOR YOU!!!so spend today/tomorrow/anytime liking you!

wow thanks all feel like ive hit my first little target,i originally thought i could lose 2 stone by my first wedding anniversary which is 10 weeks today (wow its sneaking up fast) but now ill be happy if ive lost 1 stone by then, hay skint_catt dont worry it wont work if ur trying to eat somthing u dont really want to ull only eat so much,i allways try to have 1/4 melon and 2 kiwi fruit last week i got a dif melon to try and after 4 day i couldnt bear to have it dont know why was just sick of it, so gone bk to my old one and eat every bite,the great thig about sw is that u find loads stuff u like and other dstuff u dont like, hugs to all everybody keep there chins up good luck to all xxx

Hi everyone well ive just been on s/w web site to check syns on ainsley harriot sav rice .
when you put the manufacturers name in it list a , a to z of manufactures .
Then i pressed ainsley , it asked me for product i put in rice and it listed all his packet rices .
I then clicked on the one i wanted and it listed how many syns on each day .
It then asks if you want this added to your shopping list , i clicked yes and i now have a list of everything i buy and what syns they are on each day .
How cool is that , just take my list with me when i go shopping and when i get home write the syns on straight away :T :j :j :j :j how easy is that and you just stick it straight back in your bag :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: .
