I started at SW tonight. Did it about 10 years ago and lost what I needed to. Much more to lose this time!! Problem is, I've come home with all the booklets etc and I know it will take me AGES to get my head around Red & Green days. I bought the new mag which came out today and had a flick through that & there's 7 day eating plan and I feel tempted to try that rather than "try & work things out". Anybody know what I mean? Anybody tried the eating plans rather than keep looking things up?

Following the plans is a brilliant way to get to grips with Food Optimising. It will help you to understand how to put meals together for maximum benefit. You'll soon feel more confident in managing to 'do-it-yourself' but meanwhile the menu plans are great.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

cook pasta, mix with fromage frais which has had curry powder added - coronation pasta! (You can add quorn chunks to this too!)

I had it cold for lunch one day as leftovers. yummy.

Otherise Batchelors Pasta n Sauce cold isn't bad, but it tends to dry out a bit between cooking and lunch hour!

I cook some plain pasta, and then put it in with some tinned tuna, salad and low fat salad cream

160- i think you were right to complain bout the sw consltant, i don't think kids should go to anything like that unless they are obese and have dr's letter (i'm sure under 16's need a letter form dr to be able to join anyway)
my consultant is lovely and i love going to my meetings (even when i've been bad :D)

    Hi consultant31

Hope you had a lovely holiday...

I've not been very good today, I'm craving chocolate, so ate some. Then I keep feeling naseuas too and lethargic, I always get like this though for at least a week before totm. I was going to go on the bike tonight but after the day i've had with the boys i've got a banging headache. i think I will just go and lie down on the sofa and read.

    I'm dreading WI on monday......

well i am very naughty and didnt go to SW tonight and yes i feel very guilty!

reason being is that its that time of the month and i feel like a whale ( no excuse i know) and i very badly gave into tempatation on my work trip to london yesterday and eat bad breakfast on the train, lunch provided in the meeting (fattyfoods) and a burger king on the way home, it was a 12 hour day!

    so dissapointed with myself!

Don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day; just think of tomorrow as a new day :)

By the way, are you allowed to have 2 of the same healthy extra (for example, you're allowed 2 slices of Nimble white bread as a b choice, so could you have 2 slices if you don't have any other b's?)
