Good afternoon everyone, its suppose to be my wi tonight but I cant make it so thought I would just check in with you guys, its offical I am back on track and determined to stay focused, today is a green day so far had, spag on toast (heb), mug shot, cheese (hea), alpin bars (heb), at long last cooking quorn curry to have with a jacket. Will snack on yog and fruit later, I have also drank a litre of no added sugar fizzy water too.

Just been on s/w site got recipe for baked apple and its free ,
8 oz apple
1 tbsp of mincemeat
low fat yogurt
ground cinnamone
Remove core, fill whole with mincemeat, then bake in oven until cooked .
Top with yogurt and sprinkle on cinnamone.
free on green and red , when using mincemeat as healthy extra :T :T0 -
peachest - it does in the microwave quite well too until the apple is nice and soft. I used to have this quite a lot as a HEB.0

I started at SW tonight. Did it about 10 years ago and lost what I needed to. Much more to lose this time!!:mad: Problem is, I've come home with all the booklets etc and I know it will take me AGES to get my head around Red & Green days. I bought the new mag which came out today and had a flick through that & there's 7 day eating plan and I feel tempted to try that rather than "try & work things out". Anybody know what I mean? Anybody tried the eating plans rather than keep looking things up?0
