Really well done LoneR and Jackieb and good luck for anyone having wi tonight.

Peachey, you have got to target and you deserve to have fun sometimes. Enjoy it to the full, and knowing you, you'll easily get back to your plan.

Can't resist looking at the scales, but another pound has gone this morning, despite a big bar of Cadbury's Caramel I've had instead of an Easter egg.

I'm going to use chicken as a HEB tonight and make a SW curry with lots of rice. Bowl of pasta with quark and pesto for lunch.

    cheers all xxx

I hope everyone has had a lovely easter. I defrosted my freezer earlier so its all perfectly organised for 5 minutes! I'm still debating what to have for my tea. I tried cous cous for my lunch for the first time so strictly Im on a green day but all of easter has gone to pot so I might just enjoy one last meal without counting the syns.... My typical monday meal is ham egg and jacket chips but I cant be bothered to faff around cooking so not sure what to do.

I have spent the day stressing about work which is not good. My four days off has gone in a flash. Also I am very disappointed in myself for eating all the food I should not have eaten over easter which will reflect when I weigh in on Wednesday. I did intend to be good but it all went pear shaped. I am feeling very uncomfortable as I have eaten all the wrong foods and will feel even more downbeat when I weigh

Choccie the prune juice we get isn't in a glass bottle - its in a plastic sort of hexagonal bottle with a bright yellow cap. Prune juice is prune juice anyway and although it isn't awful I do need to hold my nose to drink it (you can't taste things if you hold your nose!)

OH has decided to take me out for an Indian tonight. No hope of losing weight tomorrow night now!

Fallen off the SW wagon. Someone please make me get back on!!

I've lost over a stone since the middle of January when I joined, but have had a few too many big friend/family meals and parties this weekend, and I've been left with a houseful of leftovers, cake, easter eggs, pringles and buffet food...

I'm up to about 30 syns already today and I dread to think about friday saturday and sunday...

Well done Redmel, You are doing really well especially in doing the exercises up as well, Keep at it, you can do it.

It sounds like everybody is going to have curry for tea, I've just had home made chicken curry (own receipe) with loads of rice and sw chips, absolutly stuffed now.

Well done to all that have lost today and good luck to all due to go to wi today or tomorrow.

    Hello
I've decided to take the plunge and join SW my first class is tomorrow evening at 6:30 and I can't wait.
I'm just wondering if someone can help me out to get me through weds/thurs As my shopping day is tomorrow so I'm hoping to pick a few things up, I will be in work for the rest of the week so can someone give me a few ideas on what I need to pick up in tesco just to see me through? I like cereal, pasta potatos if that's any help, I feel so cheeky asking but I really want to start as soon as possible!
Thank you so much in advance, I will let you know how I get on!
