    well done hels.

it depends really on wether you like green or red days?

if you like red think about meat type meals or if you like green pick up some carbs.

jacket potato and beans is free

meat and veg free (low syn for gravy)

i am curently into smash quorn sausages and beans on a red day.

f you go to the slimming world website im sure they have starter info.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Welcome Hels, I am no expert but I personally would make sure I got weetabix, pasta, potatoes, mug shot less than 1% fat ones (noodle and pasta like snacks that you make in a mug in less than 5 mins!) fry light spray, passata, lots of fruit and veg, loft of nimble wholemeal, mullerlights or shape lasting satisfactions, sugarfree jelly, eggs, quorn saus or chicken style pieces, hope that gives you a start x
