Had WI tonight and i thought this week had not gone well, not from ever eating (although I did have choc brownies with clotted cream icecream yesterday) but from not eating all the right things and then not eating enough. However at WI i discovered I had lost 2 pound, yay, 19 in total!
So glad to get it shifting again, so easy to get stuck eating the same things all the time & so the d**t stops working!
Hope you all had a lovely easter!

Big weldone to you
  • Problem is there is a big slab of choc brownie left in my fridge.....I think il pop it over to my mums 2moz to im not tempted, a few weeks ago before discovering you lot, i would have eaten it & as I live alone, no one would know, therefore, in my brain, it wouldnt count!

Good green day offers in asda, dont think they have been posted.
Batchlors savory rice 5 for £1, pasta & sauce 4 for £2, super noodles (98% fat free, of course) 5 for £1, handy to stock up for "i need to eat now" emergencies!

  • Yeah i have the mug shots and sammys, only do green days so my kitchen is full of couscous, mug shots & pasta & sauces, i find them all yummy yummy tho!! Mushroom & wine pasta & sauce & a couple of quorn sasuages & im as full as an egg & happy! Aldi do nice different favoured couscous, especially the thai green curry one, 79p for 2 packs & free on green.

    Well done DLB.

I'm not looking forward to WI on Wed am, I've picked and scoffed all week loads of biscuits and chocolate :(
I did intend to be good today and had bran flakes for brekkie, then jacket and beans for lunch. A skinny latte in Starbucks, which I even caried outside when the fire alarm went off.
I did nibble a few biccies at work at tea time and then we went out for tea.
Garlic bread then tandoori chickena and rice with a huge naan and mango chutney.
Oh well, there's always prune juice :p

Welcome to the newbies and well done to the losers, I think I'll and get the naughty chair ready for Wednesday :rotfl:

    morning all,

i hate long weekends!!!!!!! been really bad, ate half a choclate cow, half a choclate duck, lunch out sunday, lunch out yesterday, not drunk much, and p'eed off with myself, although i did enjoy it at the time.
so fresh start today, summer fruits and yogurt for breakfast, got rice quiche for lunch at work, plus banana and yogurts to snack on, not sure for tea yet, looks like something quick, pasta n sauce probably as i've got to do some errands after work, so won't be home in time to cook cook iykwim, only thing is i'm sat here starving, think my stomach is used to being fed carp and wants some more and is quite disappointed with being back to fruit and yogurt for brekkie.

    love
