    Evening all,
WI this morning.......lost 21/2 lbs. Not on target, but at least a loss, so I'm pleased especially after a poor few days prior.
Thanks to all for your support when I went through the rough patch earlier this week, it did help and gave me a huge kick up the Khyber!
I see the website Syns page will be down till Tuesday.....good excuse to have none for a few days!
Completed 40 mins with my weights today too, which really made me feel good. My OH thinkls my motivation and morale goes down when I'm on lates.....anyone else suffer from this? If so, how do you cope?
Once again, thanks to you who didn't let me give up....I'm so glad I didn't - you're all the best!
    Cheers you lot

    Well done LoneR, excellent loss....

Findingmyownway - Step away from the cupboard, step away, away....you can do it!!!;)

Peachy enjoy yourself, you can just jump back on track tommorrow.

Well after my appalling weekend (which started thurs lol) I have somehow managed to maintain, I am so pleased. I have started a fresh from today and have so far done 15mins on the bike, 60 sit-ups and had a cheese (hea) and onion omlette for brunch.:A I will have a late lunch, probably salad, I have yet to sort out dinner for tonight, but one of my boys is ill so he's not really eating and the other one is filling up on chocolate eggs:EasterBun

I even stopped filling out my food diary last week because I couldn't face the junk I had been eating and drinking, I am going to get some more copied off today, they really help me stay focused.

    See you all later
    Mel x

I had WI this morning, and i've lost 3lb. That's for 2 weeks though as I didn't get last week. I'm happy enough with that, as I haven't exactly been starving myself!

I also wore a pair of big, heavy jeans today as my other trousers weren't ironed. I think that may have made a wee bit of difference lol The jeans are definitely getting slacker though. :D

Might go check out the gym class timetable.....
