findingmyownway wrote: »Hi Choccie
How do you fancy a 'challenge'? I REALLY need to give up the choc too - i seem to spend all my syns (and then more  ) on it. So we could support each other to kick the habit? I had decided to give up choc yesterday but gave in to a hot-choc before bed last night. So today is a fresh day! I thought i might allow myself some guilt-free choc on a sunday if i have been good for the whole week - what do you think? Maybe total cold turkey would be better?
We have pick THE hardest week of the year to do it though  !
As I said in my earlier post have told everyone I would really rather not have Choccie eggs and when I came home earlier I found a receipt on the bed from where DH had emptied his pockets which read 'Cadburys Egg - £9.99'
as he walks in the room and says I should not be looking at it! Cause then I get told im being ungrateful when he was the one yesterday while we were in Asda saying would you like me to buy you something different cos you dont want an egg, I swear I do not get a mans logic(not like its going to be a small one either is it for ten pounds!!)
Anyway I will not be ungrateful I am just going to save it until I have been so good I deserve a treat;)
Sorry about the long post, so findingmyownway so far so good on my choc free first day (although evenings are my weakness!):D:j :j :j:A0 -

Hi everyone.
Im back from a few nights away at the inlaws, and i think iv done ok, only 29 syns used over 2 days, and i had a few vodkas and a small piece of cream cake at that too.
Have to say i loved my first roast dinner we had today, had loads more veg than normal and had the meat as a HOb, tommorow is my first red day, i am having bacon, sauasge and eggs for breakie, steak and prawns with a jacket spud for dinner(hob) and then ham and tuna salad for tea.
Thought id try a red day, as it will give me something other than chocolate to focus on!!!Proud to be DEBT FREE AT LAST0 -
Good evening all, just to let you know Somerfield have the Shape satisfaction yogs on offer at mo, half price so 79p for 4. Had my first one tonight, strawberry flav and it was okay, gave it a good mix first though cos on first look the consistancy looks a bit odd but looks fine after a good mix.

Oooooh AMIE what an early start, at least it is lighter in the mornings now, it doesn't seem as bad does it!
Aaaaaw Skint_Catt, why are you reconsidering job offer, you seemed excited about it?
I cannot believe anyone is going to give up choc over the easter weekend.......... I have found though that in over a month now of following slimming world i have had only two maybe three bars of choc, I have to go cold turkey cos once I taste it it gives me a craving for it, whereas I can (almost) forget all about it if I don't touch the stuff, same with crisps (sort of).
I have finished my short break from SW, which I might add was 'forced' upon me:rotfl: , I will WI tommorrow and report the damage....since Thursday i have had...Cheese pasties, sausage rolls, cakes, beer (lots) Vodka (lots) crisps, french bread etc:eek:. Oh no that list looks awful now I have written it down. Oh well I will be hitting it with a vengence next week to lose whatever I have put on and get back on track.
Terri - After you went at 2:30 this morn, we didn't get to bed till after 3am, the boys woke up at 7:10:rolleyes: hence why I am on here at this time in morn...... See you later for the Footie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to Melhas for your good wishes
Well I've lost the 2lb I put on after my mad 3 days last week and a further 2lb, so a 4lb loss (but it's only 2lb really:o)
Decided to change our weigh-in day to in the week, as we have all our treats at weekends and I think Sunday morning is not the best time. So I'm weighing in again on Thursday:rotfl:
Skintcatt why are you having second thought about that great-sounding job?
Choccie, we will have to change your name to Chocless:T:T
love to you all xxxxxx:smileyheagpuss0
