Been shopping this morning and just been having a go at the following from the WB web site...ALL BRAN CHOCOLATE CAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
100G ALL BRAN CEREAL
250 ML Boiling Water
2 Eggs
6 heaped tsp of drinking chocolate
1/2 cup sweetener
Mix cereal with boiling water, then add eggs drinking choc and sweetener and mix well.
Put in micro tub approx 61/2inch and microwave for 6 mins
Cut into 6 and each piece is 3.5 syns
Smells good just saving my piece for after tea.0 -

went to weigh in last night, and bloody maintained. been good all week so proper peed off. then went to a carvery and stuffed my face cos i'd maintained, so feel worse still for having a blow out. have so far refused chocolate thats hanging round due to easter, but i know i'm gonna give in,
why is it so hard sometimes, and why do i bloody maintain every so often when i been really good. its not even star week.

Im !!!!ed off ive got to go to bristol for easter and my dads in sandy monday :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: and tonight o/h is taking me out for meal, what hope have i got this easter:mad: :mad: :mad: , so i did what everyone dose borte two big boxes of maltesers :wall: , and i was thinking if im going to put on this week then f-it ill blow it big time.
Well i havn't touch them yet , but there still calling me and that makes me laugh because im not a sweet person i like my wine , so all im saying is hun your only human , and dont beat yourself up , your such a kind person always there for us all:A :A :A :A , peachy x0 -
After being really strict and having the self discipline to follow the plan all week , I go and mess it up again yesterday!!! Why do we do this? It's not as if i was missing the chocolate bars,(don't ask how many!), crean cakes, burgers, (def. don't miss those), the OH's remaining Baileys, or needed to spend money on my dinner. I even threw away my fresh fruit and veg, hid the packet cous cous back in the cupboard coz I didn't want OH realising what I had done.(Think she might know tho' coz I left the empty bottle out...ooops!).
Am I the only one who acts like this - denial to everyone else, including myself thinking that it'll wait one more day.....THB, I'm wondering if I can be self diciplined enuff.
To top it all off, I feel not only guilty, but grumoy and lethargic!

What hope have we got when people only being kind tempt us , like im going to my mother in law for easter and she is lovley she will go out of her way to put on the best easter dinner and all the trimming to go with it , so what am i ment to do :eek: :wall: :wall: :wall: , then my dads monday , thats a meal and drinks and o/h is taking me out tonight for meal to:eek: :eek:0 -
I have just started with Slimming World and have lost 2.5lb in my first week. Hopefully I can continue this weight loss every week. I stick to the Green days as I like the potatoes, pasta and rice.
I found the group in Kettering, Northamptonshire to be really friendly and a good laugh.
A great tip for this week - tub of very low fat quark soft cheese, 1 level tablespoon of nutella spread mixed in. Tastes gorgeous and very tasty for dipping fresh fruit in or eat on its own. 4 syns per pot. This saved me from a bad chocolate craving!!

I am the first to admit exercise is not my thing.
I have managed to do 15 minutes on my exercise machine each morning and have increased to 17 minutes twice daily.
The morning one is not too bad but the evening one is a real struggle. I have other health problems which make it difficult to exercise.
I find a good way of getting through it is to put some upbeat music on loud, don't look at the timer on the machine and concentrate on the music and not the exercise. This seems to work and gets me through the work out fairly quickly.
My goal in to increase the exercise by two minutes each week.
Food eaten today;
28g Nestle Fruitful, 250ml semi skimmed milk, chopped banana
1 slice of wholemeal jam with 2 teaspoons jam
large jacket potato, 113g tuna, drained with very low fat cottage cheese
cherry tomatoes
cooked pasta with fat free dressing
muller light yogurt
green grapes & two plums
tonights meal - Chunky Beef Hotpot made from Slimming World recipe using Quorn beef pieces. Hotpot contains carrots, red pepper, stock, new potatoes, onions, garlic, mushrooms.
Pudding - very low fat yogurt with strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, green grapes, plums.
total syns 6
