Well done to all this weeks losers.
I didn't report it yeterday, but when I went to WI, I lost half a pound, so I'm still within my 3lbs of target and creeping ever closer to target.

Hi All, Well done on your weightloss MelHas and AMIE on your great losses, and a big CONGRATULAIONS to you Skint_Catt on your new job, when do you start?

I have a confession to make, today we had 'Pie-Man' as our pharmacist today, so called because he always brings a tray full of pies, pasties, sausage rolls, cakes etc, whenever he is working in our place. I tried to resist but it wasn't easy, and I ended up eating a cheese pasty, and two slices of fruity custardy cake (it was lush) I feel very naughty now and guilty, especially as I have a night out tommorrow at a 30th party and friends coming round on saturday night so I have plenty of drinking lined up for this weekend too.....Not to mention the big easter dinner on sunday.

I think I will have to let it be this week and start afresh next week. Ooohh i also bought some new rousers today from a factory shop (M&S) for £2 each so I bought the next size down which fit but very snugly...

i think that all of us deserve a megga huge pat on the back.... i think weve all done flippin great latley.. i think that we are all doing well becouse we all have the support from each other... i think that this is a great thread, we share ideas, recipees and give out hugs where needed...THANKYOU ALL x x x x

Mel, don't beat yourself up, I'm probably going to fall off the wagon completely next week, but we have to be realistic. There is Easter, christmas and holidays and we are all probably going to put weight on, but we just have to get back on track again after.

At least you enjoyed what you ate

i've been away for a couple of days
i went to my weigh in on tuesday and expected to have put on about 4stone with the weekend i had...including half a box of ferrero rocher on sunday nite in about 10mins!! i managed to stay the same..looks like tristan the tapeworm is sticking around for a while

Weldone on S/T/S :T , ive been telling people to try soda water as its works for me , it comes in differet flavers , lemon and lime only 39p a bottle at tescos it really works , i drink two bottles a day when on green days , please try it , dont forget you can add gin or vodka to it at weekends 2,1/2 syn a 25ml shot , good way of having a drink without having to worry , a 35cl bottle of gin or vodka is 35 syn , how sad am i i weighed it out , thats quite a good size bottle to :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer:
