Just sitting her having a sweet and sour mug shot, can't believe how nice they are. As a kid I used to eat pot noodles with chips so what better way to make a bigger meal, add the mug shoot to some sw chips and pour the sauce all over:rotfl:
Oh my God, that sounds great! :rotfl: :T0 -

Found the answer to the dried pasta question on the SW site, in case anyone else wants to know. It's 35g of wholemeal dried pasta as an HB on a red day.
Also didn't realise you couldn't have cheese as a B on a red day (not that I have, but I know now)
xx
Well done amie!!:smileyheagpuss0 -

Well done amie!!
You can have cheese on a red day just like a green day. but it is an HEA0 -
I know you can have it as a Healthy A option, but not as a Healthy B (unless I have misread it on there, which is highly likely :rotfl:):smileyheagpuss0

It will be a Healthy A, as all the healthy A options are dairy products and Healthy B are things high in fibre (I think)You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

Someone clever will probably come along in a minute, and tell me I have it all wrongYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
As I'm not attending a class, I have printed out a list of what to have on a red and a green day. Some things are the same, so I've just copied them, but not everything (like the HEBs)
Many thanks mel and Charliesmum, all sorted now:T:T:T!:smileyheagpuss0
