Just wanted to report a 1/2lb loss

Better than I expected, but gonna be extra good this week, want to make it 2lbs next week if I can.

Yes sigh of relief and how embarrasing, when the consultant learned I had only been at home once this week I got another round of applause as I had managed to lose even when not in control

my weigh in tonight, know i not been bad, so keeping fingers crossed, but i know last few pounds are always the hardest lol, so will be happy if i lost half a pound.

I notice that you can have 100g of cooked pasta as an HB choice on a red day. Does anyone know what that weighs roughly as dried pasta? (will be easier to weigh before I cook)

Just sitting her having a sweet and sour mug shot, can't believe how nice they are. As a kid I used to eat pot noodles with chips so what better way to make a bigger meal, add the mug shoot to some sw chips and pour the sauce all over:rotfl:
