You apply a pacth which tricks the phone into thinking it is unlocked. Drawback of this is that if you update your firmware then the phone becomes locked again and you have to apply the patch again. Then again most people do not update their firmware very often so it is not a problem.

Don't know about Tam but the sotware I posted does work. I unlocked 2 E900's using the same software. After the phone is unlocked you need to remove and reinsert the battery to refresh it.

You may need to d/l the E900 drivers off the Samsung site

Doubt you will get a freebie code. Buy an unlcok clip off ebay and sell it on after using it.

Most Motorola's , LG's , most new Samsungs and Sony Ericssons cannot be unlocked by code and need to be unlocked by direct cable or clip in a shop.

If there is not a code listed for your phone below then there is NO free way to unlock it, you need to find a shop or Market Stall to do it for you (correct as of 09/02/07)
