The market's got a lot worse in the last year.0 -
This is so sad that the house is still available. Someone should be living in it. Why haven't they rented it out?0

Renting property out isn't a solution in most cases, especially now.
The most expensive house to rent in the town is £1200, with lots of 4-5 bed detacheds coming in at £800-1000.
Also, to rent it, it'd mean a mortgage change - and with the amount owed it probably wouldn't be allowed because the rent wouldn't be high enough to cover the interest only.0 -

A bit annoying that with a so-called "Premium" listing there are no floorplans and no brochure!
I have a feeling that premium listing simply means premium commission for the EA :rolleyes:Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0 -
premium listing means desperate to sell maybe?0

Premium listing actually costs the agent more, we only have so many per month to use and it just sometimes help get a bit more exposure. I do think it's shocking how little info the EA has put up there, no room descriptions, no brochure!Scar tissue that I wish you saw, sarcastic mister know it all, close your eyes and I'll kiss you cause with the birds I'll share this lonely view.0

Your house has not "sold" twice for £400k as it hasn't actually sold! Ever thought that actually isn't worth £400k! Perhaps the 2 people who made offers on your house realised they were offering too much!!
You sound like you believe it is raining everywhere except on your house!!!0 -

Pingu, do you have a problem with sellers or something? That is very aggressive... You just have to leave people to it - if they aren't that motivated then they aren't that motivated to sell and very little that you can do about it...
